Alyssa Lewis Alyssa Lewis 5'7" | SG Hickory Ridge | 2023 State NC (Hickory Ridge, G, 2023) is a good floor general calling out plays and directing her teammates. She has a nice floater that she uses to drive the ball and score over taller opponents. It looked like she was putting on a dribbling clinic working her defender up the court with various moves in order to get it across the half court. She was knocking down threes helping her team lead a comeback. She crashes the boards going after rebounds making sure her opponents don’t have a second chance.
Betsey Burnett Betsey Burnett 5'8" | CG South Meck | 2023 State NC (Garinger, G, 2023, pictured above) knows how to put the team on her back driving the ball, controlling the tempo, and showing off her jump shot. She is patient when letting plays develop, and she knows how to time her own cuts in the paint. She sees the floor well making nice passes, and she can drain a shot from deep, too. She causes problems on defense smacking the ball away from her opponents that try to get by her.
Addison Sirianni Addison Sirianni 5'7" | CG Lake Norman | 2025 State NC (Lake Norman, G, 2025) knows how to get to the hoop, and she doesn’t let anyone stand in her way. She is patient when making her moves, and she makes smart passes or sets up for a jump shot at the best times. She can shoot well from behind the arc showing off her range. She plays tight defense at the top of the key and was responsible for guarding the best player on the opposing team. She follows shots using second chance opportunities for her own points.
Jodi King Jodi King 5'10" | PF 1 Of 1 Prep | 2025 State NC (Chestnut Park, 2025, PF) is already a force in the paint even at such a young age. She knows how to move into the gaps on defense, and she can post up against anyone. She has such nice footwork that makes her dangerous from the block and in the paint. She can score through contact making old fashioned three point plays. You know she’s an impressive player when high school teams are already making plays to get her the ball on the block.
