Molly Burns Molly Burns 5'7" | CG Ardrey Kell | 2024 State NC (PSB Elite 2023, PG, 2024) is a knockdown shooter from all areas of the court showing that off multiple times in the first half of play on Saturday. She is a good ball handler pushing it up the court finding her teammates, and she knows how to fill the lanes in transition to catch a pass herself to score.
Mattie Roark (Charlotte Dream Elite 17U, PG, 2024) did a good job bodying up an opponent underneath the basket in order to grab the rebound. She even earned some over the back calls, and she converted from the free throw line when her team was in a bonus. She made sure to see traps coming when handling the ball and avoid those areas of the court.
Devin Long (Charlotte Dream Elite 17U, SG, 2024) hustles back on defense showing off her shot blocking ability for opponents trying to score in transition. She has a nice shot and can certainly drain it from downtown. She battles through contact when driving the ball.
Avery Mills (Lady Phoenix CBA United Rudd, SG, 2024) was another leading scorer for her team. She made smart cuts on the court looking for passes and helping out her teammates. She is a good passer making sure to throw the ball exactly where her teammate is going.
Aaliyah Townes (FBC Carolina Elite Mayo, PG, 2025, pictured above) has a nice finesse with the ball moving all over the court with ease getting by her opponents. She takes it to the hoop using hesitation moves or well timed dribbles. She runs the floor well even without the ball being available in transition for some points.
