Either being a transfer or just getting that first year under their belt.
6’1 forward Lilly Thomas Lilly Thomas 6’1″ | PF El Reno | 2025 State OK moves into powerhouse El Reno this season after a stellar freshman season at Calumet. Lilly showed great footwork in the showcases that I watched her play in. She scored at a high percentage when she touched the ball within 3-5 from the basket. She also showed a great outside shot and even handled the ball at times. Lilly could be a match problem for several teams.
Taryn Jacobs Taryn Jacobs 6’0″ | PF Broken Arrow | 2025 State OK is listed at 5;10 but in person she seems taller. In the games I watched Taryn play she was very effective finishing the play around the basket. She also showed great vision when reading the defense to make the right play. She has nice mid range shot and at time showed the 3 point shot as well. When visiting with her I was very impressed with her knowledge of the game.
Annie Ferguson Annie Ferguson 6’1″ | PF Classen SAS | 2025 State OK 6’1 forward that will called upon for the Broncos this season. Her size and footwork allows helps her score at a high percentage in the paint. Her strength allowed her be physical on the defensive end against taller players. She had a great showings at several of the elite camps that she attended this summer.
Highlights
Destinee Deer Destinee Deer 5’10” | PF Norman | 2025 State OK was very impressive at Top 250 Expo. She could easy probably be listed as a combo guard/forward with the skill set she showed Her toughness in rounding and strong post up moves is the reason I have added her to this list of Power Forwards. At times she demonstrated her guard skills withe the outside shot and a very nice pull up step back off the dribble. Destinee is a very versatile player
Laynee Stanley Laynee Stanley 6’0″ | PF Fort Gibson | 2025 State OK will be playing for Ft Gibson this season in from Kansas. Already a dominate player at the high school level I am always impressed on how she continues to develop her game. Her scoring ability in the paint to go along with being a strong rebounder gives her the capability of being a double double player every game. Where continues to develop is her outside shooting from deep to go with the ball handling skills
Talia Vann Talia Vann 6’3″ | PF Bethany | 2025 State OK will be representing the Bethany Broncos this season. She is an all around talent which is why she is well deserving of being listed in the Top 10 in the Class of 2025. I just could not finish the 2025 PF post without mentioning Talia. She possesses everything a coach would want at the Power Forward position. She can score inside either with a nice post move or a strong rebound then hit you with a 3 the next time down Talia addition to the program to go along with the other pieces Bethany has should put them as the favorite in 4a
