<p class="has-medium-font-size"><em>The class of 2026 rankings were released last week and we take a look at some of the top guards in the class of 2026 inside the top 100. </em></p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Tyler is a long, lanky wing player that is 5'10 and an even longer wingspan. She has a raw skill set but has a ton of potential. She is one of the top young prospects in the talented East Coast United program with a huge upside. She uses her length to attack the rim and score in the paint. Her length is equally effective on the defensive end where she gets a ton of deflections, tips and steals turning defense into offense. </p>

She defenders close her out and take away her shot, she has a nice shot fake that she uses to shoot a 1 dribble mid-range pull up or take it all the way to the rim. She plays tough defense and rebounds well for her size. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">McCloud was Tre Mann Elite's best player showcasing her great size at 5'11 and superb scoring ability. She is a big-time scorer who finishes well in paint, getting to the free line often and finishing vs contact. She runs the floor hard consistently and looks to attack in the open court and is a very good free throw shooter.</p>

Pooler is a good perimeter shooter that has a mid-range jumper off the dribble and shoots the open 3 with a high percentage. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Mims is a big wing that that can take defensive boards coast to coast in transition showcasing her ball skills. She plays hard, aggressive and with a ton of emotion. Her strong, athletic build is mature for her age and she has major upside. As a young talent, she showcases a ton of potential and could be a major stock riser as the rankings get updated. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Lockhart is a super-fast guard that can get up and down the floor in a hurry with the ball in her hands. She plays with her left hand, even though she is a righty, mainly using her left hand to control the ball and get by defenders with her crafty open court moves. She is a high volume shooter that frequently knocks down outside shots and often leads her team in scoring. She breaks the top 100 in the initial rankings of the class of 2026 at # 98. </p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size">Sabb was consistently GT Queens best guard throughout the spring and summer. Serving as the team's main ball handler, she handled well vs pressure and was often also the leading scorer. Sabb is most effective playing off the ball and she wants to catch the ball on the wing and get to the rack. She is very aggressive and looks to score every time she has the ball in her hands. Sabb plays downhill consistently and is at her best ripping and driving baseline.</p>
