The top post player in the class has made a national splash as well showing out at USA Basketball. She uses a good combination of strength and finesse to make plays and is usually strong enough to overpower the defender. She has a soft mid-range touch and is a threat to drive from the elbow or high post. She rebounds well as she controls her space and draws a lot of contact in the paint sending her to the line.
Highlights
Zania puts her body on the line on every play whether it’s a routine rebound or she’s battling three defenders for a loose ball. She has good hands and elevates well to finish getting to rim level. She runs the floor nicely and can catch and finish on the fly in one motion.
Carolae seeks out contact and is willing to batting against anyone. She has a thick frame but is surprisingly agile on the floor. Her desire to initiate contact puts referees in awkward positions on which call to make, she is typically the beneficiary gaining a frequent trips to the line.

La’Nae wants the ball on every play and looks to make a play on every touch. She has a variety of post moves that she executes with precision. She plays taller than her listed 6’1″ height holding her own against taller post players. She has excellent footwork and finishes fairly well.
Breasia has a solid body down low as a back to the basket post player. She can finish by the basket and pass well out of the double team. She showed her work last year during the Maryland State Finals and will need to come up big if the Doves are to make another run.
Madison has real division one size and has the strength and frame to be dominant in college. Her skill level continues to improve seeing her from the spring to over the summer she made major strides. Moving from the 2023 to the 2024 class gives her what would be a redshirt year in college. She also transferred to Shabach, an upstart school with a coach who’s history is taking upstarts and turning them in to national contenders. I would expect her to make a huge impact this season will making a name for herself on the national scene.
Jaeda isn’t the typical post player she is more of a hybrid wing. She gets on the list because of her ability to to rebound and get physical inside. She will be a little quicker than post players she would face and stronger than most wings. She has range out th the three that makes her a mismatch for most opponents. Her days as a post will probably end once she steps on a college campus but she can work the stretch four or high post if schemes dictate.
