Paige Overcash
Paige Overcash
Paige Overcash does a nice job running the floor making sure she is a big target getting to the block for some transition points. She uses power dribbles to get into position, and she can certainly go up high for rebounds on both ends. On the press for the Huskies, she plays the top point position knowing how to move to stop a guard from getting up the court and set up a trap on either side.
Bailee Goodlett is very quick handling the ball and pushing it up the court. She does so when her opponents least expect it finding open teammates filling the lanes to get some points in transition. That quickness translates well to the defensive side of the ball being able to keep people in front of her and even close the gap knocking the ball away from someone on a fast break. She can score on any level even reaching her 1000th point milestone as a junior. Her ability to get to the rim losing defenders along the way is certainly fun to watch.
Jessica Worthey has been fitting right in with the Patriots bringing a lot of versatility to the team. She has been showing off her range on offense knocking them down from deep, and she can guard a variety of players on defense handling the guards around the perimeter or defending the basket from the block. She crashes boards on both ends going after rebounds.

Kennedy Bellamy had a nice spin move on her drive to the hoop. She followed shots getting inside for rebounds. She embraced contact battling against a post player on a tough drive banking the shot off the backboard for two. She was battling inside for rebounds grabbing an offensive board and putting it back up through contact earning some free throw shots when her team needed some points late in the fourth quarter.
Makayla Richardson
Makayla Richardson
Makayla Richardson slides into the gaps on defense getting lost on the block for some easy points. She hustled back on offense getting the pass and bucket on fast breaks. She always seemed to be in the right place at the right time. She was able to front an opposing post player on the block preventing her from getting the pass inside. She had a nice spin move off an offensive rebound putting it back up after creating her own space.
Sheree Gidney was aggressive going after rebounds doing a nice job of keeping her opponent where she wanted them to be able to turn and box out on defense. Her ability to shut down the opposing offense in the paint was critical for the Bulls’ victory. She hustled up the court on fast breaks using power dribbles to get into position for some transition points. She continues to show how she can dominate on both ends of the court.
