I used to get in to the politics and the behind the scenes business of basketball but have relaxed since the loss of James Nichols and just report on what I see. Finishing of the class of 2023 I'd like the make mention of some players that were deserving of being McDonald's All American's that weren't. This is not all inclusive just some observances from someone who once selected players. There was a time where Parade, Street & Smith, WCBA, ESBC and Jordan had All American teams/games to go alongside McDonald's but the times have changed. Here are five players that are All American caliber athletes.

Maybe a victim of over exposure what happens when you hit the scene so early that people become comfortable with seeing you. She is efficient and effective on the court in a time where social media hype and likes are getting attention. She has been a top 20 player since entering high school and will have a solid career for as long as she chooses to play.
