It's one of the key events of the Summer every AAU Team and Athlete looks forward to attending. Once again North Tartan is hosting its annual Summer Jam event held in the Minneapolis, MN area packed with a TON of teams from all over the Country giving it some of the best competition and games around. The event itself is an impressive one, and some of the best High School players will be there showcasing their skills, talent and playing for a chance to claim the title "Summer Jam Champions". The event hosts teams ranging from 17U down to the 10U division for an exciting weekend filled with high energy games, and energetic fans glued to the excitement.

For North Dakota, more and more teams and athletes alike are participating in the Summer Jam, looking to bring a title across the State Line, and compete amongst some of the best in their division. Let's take a look at some of the teams that will be at this weekend's Summer Jam, and some of the players from North Dakota you will want to see if you get the opportunity.

We will not only be taking a look at the High School levels (17,16 and 15U) but also some of the new upcoming players down to the 10U that are incredibly talented and looking to make their mark on the court.

ND Pro 17U: I recently did an article on this team and their roster is packed with talent inside and out, and if you want an individual break down of each player, feel free to read my recent article on them. But with high energy players like [player_tooltip player_id='243474' first='Paige' last='Breuer'], [player_tooltip player_id='218144' first='Karley' last='Franks'], [player_tooltip player_id='341476' first='Eden' last='Fridley'], [player_tooltip player_id='362927' first='Abbey' last='Dutke'], [player_tooltip player_id='375723' first='Teigan' last='Malo'] and [player_tooltip player_id='219712' first='Mataeya' last='Mathern'] who can all shoot the lights out, a[program_tooltip program_id='712708' first='ND' last='Attack'] the bucket non-stop, you'll want to stop in at Shakopee High School and check them out. Every one of the players on this team can flat out play and are exciting to watch.

[player_tooltip player_id='245104' first='Haidyn' last='Crockett']: [program_tooltip program_id='712708' first='ND' last='Attack'] 16U Green- Haiden is a shifty guard who can be tough to defend with her ability to change speed and finish at the rim, but also is a proven shooter inside and out. Shes a solid defender and can play just about any spot on the floor and be impactful. Alot of great qualities to her game, and is a leader on the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id='525626' first='Liv' last='Jung'] 2025: [program_tooltip program_id='712708' first='ND' last='Attack'] 16U Green- Liv may not put up 20 points a game, but she has an excellent motor and her ability to attack the boards and pull-down rebounds makes her a huge asset to any team. She has a smooth and refined shot, but also packs a nice little floater in the lane as well. At 5'10 she knows how to muscle her way in the paint and get those second chance points. Shes a quality SF with a lot of potential, that is waiting to break out.

[player_tooltip player_id='457913' first='Karew' last='Lamoureux']: [program_tooltip program_id='712708' first='ND' last='Attack'] 16U Green- Karew is someone we all need to keep a closer eye on. Her skills and abilities have blown up over the last year and she can be a big threat on the floor offensively and defensively. She's already showcased her ability to stroke shots all over the floor, but she can also drive to the hoop and finish with contact. I see her having a breakout year this year, tons of potential.

[player_tooltip player_id='672932' first='MaKya' last='Gerding']: [program_tooltip program_id='712708' first='ND' last='Attack'] 16U Blue- Gerding has good size, footwork and a soft feel around the rim and defensively can be tough in the paint. She knows how to use her size well blocking out, pulling down boards but also is fluid knocking down shots 8-12' out. She has a ton of talent in her bag and is a hardworker on the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id='487016' first='Cora' last='Metcalf']: [program_tooltip program_id='715344' first='Inspired' last='Athletics'] 15U Regional- Metcalf is someone to be aware of. At 6'4 she is extremely long and athletic post that can be tough to contain on both sides of the court. She likes to play with physicality, attacks the basket and has really started to pick up finishing those tough interior shots though contact. She has a great work ethic and gives 110% on the floor at all times. With a little more polishing and growth to her game, she is going to be a big name in North Dakota down the road. The sky is the limit for her.

[player_tooltip player_id='461314' first='Fallon' last='Passanante']: [program_tooltip program_id='715344' first='Inspired' last='Athletics'] 15U National- Fallon already has shown her skills and ability to impact the game on the Varsity level over this past Winter. She is a strong shooter who can knock down shots from outside the perimeter, but also can finish and get those tough baskets around the rim and make it look easy. Aside from shooting she is a sniper when it comes to passing and is always looking to get her teammates involved in plays. Her potential is through the roof, and she will be a name we hear PLENTY of down the road. She is an exciting, gifted player that is fun to watch.

[player_tooltip player_id='641197' first='Jacie' last='Reardon']: [program_tooltip program_id='712708' first='ND' last='Attack'] 15U- Jacie is another young player that is hungry, full of talent and ready to breakout. When she's on the floor you can bet she is going to be putting up stats in every category and is very impactful all around. She can handle the ball, has a nice stroke when knocking down shots and is aggressive around the rim on both sides of the court. She sees the floor great for a young age and is as versatile as they come.

[player_tooltip player_id='375796' first='Brooklynn' last='Felchle']: ND Pro 16U- We all know her name by now, and for the right reasons. The 6'3 All-Stater from Bismarck really had a breakout year this year, and don't expect that to stop anytime soon. Felchle is big, strong, athletic and talented to say the least. On the floor she is a menace in the paint and can make even the best of the best work or earn every point they get....if they get it. She's a threat in the paint, but has also proven her scoring abilities from the mid-range as well. She is one of the best rebounders and posts in North Dakota, and she is only going to get better. Colleges need to really be keeping a close eye on her, she can do a little bit of everything on the floor and do it well.

[player_tooltip player_id='525627' first='Nora' last='Roney']: ND Pro 16U- Roney is a fearless guard who not only can handle the ball with skill, but is an impressive scorer as well. She can put the ball in the basket from nearly everywhere on the floor and is a talented shooter from the outside. Not only is she an offensive threat, but she can also run the floor and is a tough defender as well. Her overall skills and abilities on the floor make her very impactful on both sides. She has a good vision of the court and knows how to make stuff happen.

[player_tooltip player_id='454688' first='Lilia' last='Donnelly']: [program_tooltip program_id='715344' first='Inspired' last='Athletics'] 15U National- Lilia is an excellent ball handler, but also knows how to put the ball in the basket to say the least. She brings a ton of skill and energy to the floor when Shes playing and is as impactful as they come. She's a player with a "team first" mentality and is always looking to create scoring opportunities or getting open to knock down a catch and shoot jumper. Along with that she is creative with finding ways to the basket to score. A young talented player with a high ceiling.
