Asia Carner
Asia Carner known to some as the “Bluegrass Barbie” played up for the Kentucky Blue Devils 2024 team at the Roses23. She’s a dynamic left-handed guard with excellent ball handling skills, a quick first-step and a deadly hesitation move that allowed her to get past defenders and into the lane where she either scored with a crafty finish at the rim or got fouled resulting in free throw opportunities. Carner is also a very gifted passer with exceptional court vision. She’s also a consistent three point shooter that will make you pay for giving her an open look from deep. I’m very excited to see what she does for Dixie Heights this upcoming season.

Keziah Renee’ Keziah Renee’ 5'7" | CG Jeffersonville | 2026 State IN suited up for the Lady Gym Rats at the Roses23 and she looked like she was in rare form if you ask me. After being sidelined since February due to injury she seems to be recovering very well and already looks like she is in better game shape since I last saw her play for GRC at the Cardinal Classic Shootout. Against a talented Winston-Salem Steamers squad Keziah was unstoppable she started the game with a deep three from the wing showing that she is still a lethal three point shooter. Her team was a bit undersized so she played primarily in the post on defense and she held her own using her size and strength to bang down low denying the entry pass and not allowing players to get deep position on her. She also did an incredible job getting to the rim finding creative ways to score inside. With her potential, determination and competitive spirit I see Keziah making an impact sooner rather than later for GRC this season.
Olivia Ginn
Olivia Ginn
Olivia Ginn made a huge impact on both ends of the floor for the Kentucky Blue Devils 2026 team in the game against DistinXion 2026 Black. Ginn displayed all the leadership qualities you want in your starting point guard she did a good job controlling the pace, setting up the offense and making sure everyone got involved. She played great on-ball ball defense applying intense pressure making it hard for ball handlers to get the ball up the court. She also used active hands to force turnovers and come up with steals. Ginn was effective on offense as well she’s very shifty and has terrific handles that allowed her to get into the lane to score with a high arcing floater that was very difficult for defenders to block or get a piece of.
Brookelyn Duckwyler
Brookelyn Duckwyler
Brookelyn Duckwyler has put in a lot of work to get back on the court after suffering a shoulder injury last season. The way she competed at the Run 4 Roses it looked like she hasn’t missed a beat. Duckwyler played with a ton of energy on both ends giving all out effort when she was on the floor. She made all the hustle plays like diving for loose balls, jumping passing lanes, and suffocating ball handlers with her defensive pressure. What impressed me the most was her relentless effort to drive the ball getting in the lane for points at the rim. Her impact on the court helped TSP 2026 become champions of the indigo bracket. I see her being a big-time contributor for Ashland Blazer this upcoming season.

Shelbie Mills Shelbie Mills 5'4" | PG South Laurel | 2027 State KY made a huge impact for KY Dream Thunder in a nail-biter against Arizona Elite. Mills looked poised throughout the game and she did a great job facilitating and making smart decisions with the ball in her hand. She is such a natural leader on the floor the type of player a coach can trust in late game situations to run the offense and not make mistakes. With the game on the line and not much time left on the clock Mills was sent to the free throw line she looked unfazed by the pressure and made 2 clutch free throws to put her team ahead and to ultimately get the victory.
