Continue ReadingJones comes in the high school season with more experience than the average freshman girl. The combo guard has been playing up on the EYBL circuit for last two years making a name for herself nationally. At 6’1 she physically stronger and more athletic than other players around her, an advantage she uses when attacking the rim. Jones also has the ability to knock down shoots from deep making her a threat from all 3 levels of the floor.
Highlights
Santana is one of the more well-rounded guards we have in the state, there aren’t many things she can’t do on the court. Offensively is a constant threat to score from all 3 levels of the floor. Using her handle and speed to get her spots her on the floor. Defensively she takes on the challenge of guarding opposing teams best guard without hesitation.
Arguably the best all-around offensive player in the class Kate Fuessel Kate Fuessel 5’10” | CG Valor Christian | 2027 State CO has a very smooth and mature game. She is 3-level scorer that allows the game to come to her. I’ve seen her be just as effective off ball as she is on ball as far as shot selection goes. Kate has a quick trigger from 3 which forces defenders to guard her once she crosses the half court giving her the opportunity to attack early and get into the paint.
Highlights
Sienna has the potential to become a nightmare for opposing teams on both ends of the floor, she is a 6’3 wing that has continued to get better with the ball in her hands. In the paint she has a soft touch around the rim and a variety of moves she uses when her back is to the basket. Defensively she is an anchor, constantly talking letting girls know what’s going around them. She’s able to alters shots at rim which leads to transition baskets.
Gracie is well round guard that will has been huge strides in her game just from me watching her play in fall league. You don’t see very many players come in and immediately make in impact for a team like she does. For Windsor she is lead guard that controls the tempo and pace of the game. Getting into the weak spots of the defense to find open looks for her and her teammates is how she keeps defensives guessing what’s next.
