The 2027 initial class rankings features 50 prospects from all classifications and a home school. I previously shared a look at the top ten, several of whom already hold division I offers. In this article I share a look at the rest of the top twenty. Like the top ten the prospects included play in 4A-6A.

[player_tooltip player_id='779243' first='Leah' last='Askins-Dieterich'], 5'8", CG, Ottawa - Askins-Dieterich is a hustling, get-on-the-floor athlete with good bounce to her game. She dribbles well in transition and finishes at speed but what I really like is her great hands.

[player_tooltip player_id='794164' first='Brynn' last='Detering'], 5'6", PG, Eudora - A true floor leader Detering is quick, fast, and exploits gabs in defenses. She is also a effective off-ball defender.

[player_tooltip player_id='782643' first='Deser'ee' last='Mponezya'], 5'9", CG, Shawnee Mission West - Mponeza has a quick and soft shot, good handles, some explosiveness to her game. She is currently averaging 12.3 points and 3.7 steals.

[player_tooltip player_id='779210' first='Sofia' last='Calovich'], 5'9", SF, St. Thomas Aquinas - Calovich impressed me last summer with her mature, all-around game. She passes, seals, and rebounds well. She also has a good turn-in scoring ability.

[player_tooltip player_id='592203' first='Chloe' last='Hartzler'], 5'5", CG, Wichita South - Over the past couple of summers Hartzler has played in front of several Prep Girls Hoops in her travels. Unanimously they feel she is a very high IQ, crafty shooter. They also were impressed with her handles, competitiveness, and quick ability to turn defense into offense.

[player_tooltip player_id='836261' first='Riley' last='Marshall'], 5'8", SG, Mill Valley - Marshall is really good off the drive that she sets up with good fakes and is a heck of a scorer. Floaters, off the high glass layups. Excellent vision in transition and the half court. She also shoots well from the mid-range and perimeter. I like her toughness as well. Gets on the floor, draws the charge. She is averaging 14.1 points. 8.1 rebounds, 2.6 assists.

[player_tooltip player_id='836263' first='Cami' last='Nauholz'], 6'2", SF, Lawrence - Nauholz brings much needed height to a Chesty Lions team that lost their 6'3" center to graduation. A forward with solid transition speed and perimeter range she is pulling down 7.2 rebounds per game.

[player_tooltip player_id='779218' first='Hayden' last='Halliday'], PG, Olathe South - Halliday is a high smart floor leader and legitimate perimeter threat. She anticipates well defensively and sets well to draw charges.

[player_tooltip player_id='836264' first='Ashley' last='Kramer'], 5'5", SG, Shawnee Mission South - Kramer is first off the bench for the Raiders. A shooter with range and a quick trigger who already has made as many 4 threes in a game.

[player_tooltip player_id='779223' first='Destiny' last='Maze'], 5'8", CG, Wichita Heights - Maze brings high confidence and strong handles with the dribble drive. Really good in the transition game she uses her athleticism and length effectively to take advantage of defenders.

[player_tooltip player_id='719105' first='Jaela' last='Thompson'], 5'9", SF, McPherson - In a recent win Thompson hung 17 points and collected 8 steals while being generally disruptive defensively. A mature scorer with hops and creativity she handles well in transition and off the bounce.
