Continue ReadingKamryn Corporan Kamryn Corporan 5'3" | PG St. Thomas Aquinas | 2024 State FL led St Thomas Aquinas to the state title again and was a huge standout. Corporan has a versaile skillset and is one exciting player. She can shoot it from all three levels and is very exciting in transition. Corporan can change directions on a dime and she can get to the rim. Corporan has been a standout all season and she was special in the State Championship game scoring 20 points. Not surprising that she balled out in Lakeland. She showed her skills in Jacksonville at the Inside Exposure tournament. At the time Corporan was not committed. She is a talent to be reckoned with and a Sleeper in regards to exposure, but not in talent.
Jadah Toombs Jadah Toombs 5'7" | PG Fort Myers | 2024 State FL is another point guard who can ball. She can score the ball in a variety of ways, including shooting from the three point area or getting to the rim. Toombs can affect the game in a lot of ways from the point guard position. She can get others involved with her ability to draw the defense and pass the ball. Toombs knocked down 45 threes for the season and also dished out nearly 4 assists per game.
Piera Alexander Piera Alexander 5'6" | PG Orange Park | 2024 State FL is anothr 2024 guard that the spotlight should be shined on more. She has been the heart and soul of her Orange Park team for the past few seasons with her ability to handle the ball, pass the ball, and score the ball. Alexander significantly increased her scoring this past season, averaging 14. 5 points per game. Alexander led her team in scoring, assists, and freethrow percentage. Her leadership was also on display throughout the season.
Morgan Gavazzi Morgan Gavazzi 5'6" | PG Ponte Vedra | 2024 State FL is another point guard who belongs in the spotlight. Gavazzi was instrumental in her tame making it to the Final 4 in their division. Gavazzi takes on a lot of responsibility during a game, including shooting the three, running the offense, and getting the ball to her talented teammates. Gavazzi was solid this season and is a point guard that belongs in the spotlight.
Claire Coogan Claire Coogan 5'6" | PG Episcopal | 2024 State FL has been a sleeper for most of her career. Over the past few years, Coogan has been popular on the AAU circuit and has impressed scouts with her tenacity and ability to affect the game from shooting or with her grittiness on the floor. Coogan gives it her all and that standoutrs on the court. Coogan can shoot the three, pass the ball, and is a good on-ball defender.
Kelly Cramer Kelly Cramer 5'9" | PG St. Joseph Academy | 2024 State FL is a player who plays in a small market at a small school and usually does her best works when the spotlighht is not shining. Cramer averaged 21.3 points per game and finished her high school career with an 18.9 average per game. Cramer does it all on the court and has more energy than the energizer mascot. Cramer can shoot the three and get to the rim. She is also special in the transition game.
Zoe Sedo Zoe Sedo 5'2" | PG Foundation Academy | 2024 State FL is another point guard who shines whether the spotlight is on or not. She can flat out score the ball from the point guard position. She was a standout last season suring the AAU live period in Orlando. Her ability in the open court was exciting and deadly. Last season, Sedo averaged 12.5 points per game. Sedo also averaged nearly 4 steals per game. She is fast and uses her speed to be disruptive and get steals.
Kennedy Waymer Kennedy Waymer PG Paxon | 2024 State FL is another point guard who got the job done last season. Alexander led her team to a Gateway Championbship on the First Coast. Waymner has a knack of blowing by the defender and puttting the defender in a blind. Waymer is very athletic and is also a standout baseball player. She averaged over 12 points per game this past season.
