It's that time of the year again. It's AAU Season! This time of the year is always an interesting and excited one. It's the time where we see new faces in new places, new groups joining together, and a whole lot of action as it pertains to high-level basketball throughout the country.

In this article we highlight a program that has some rich history. Throughout the past five season, this program has been ranked within the Top 25 programs throughout the country on their circuit because of their success. This success is no mistake. This program does things right and they try to build up their prospects over time. This 16U team specifically is made up of a group of players from the 2026 and 2027 Classes. They are going to be one of those teams that can shoot the leather off of the basketball on any given night, while having playmakers at every position for when things break down. As long as they work as one, they are going to have a successful season with a chance to bring home a National Title by the end of it.

Thanks for tuning in and enjoy!

Schedule –

April 13-14: BorderWar – Rogers, Arkansaw

April 19-21: UA Session 1 – Manheim, Pennsylvania

May 4-5: Mokan – Kansas City, Missouri

May 17-19: Live At The Lakes – Minneapolis, Minnesota

June 21-23: North Tartan Summer Jam – Minneapolis, Minnesota

June 28-30: Battle In The Boro – Nashville, Tennessee

July 11-15: UAA #2 – Indianapolis. She is a Guard, that keeps things simple and because of that, she see's a lot of success on any court that she steps onto. Stabler is someone that can be trusted. When she has the ball in her hands, she always makes a play in one way or another. She has demonstrated that she has a killer floater once she gets by her original defender off the dribble when space opens up and that's just the start of it. In her team's past high school season, she was a constant every night. She helped lead her team to the state tournament and when she got there, she showed out in a number of different ways. She didn't kill her opponents with tricky moves or gimmicks, instead she just did what she does best and that was enough. I'm excited to see where she can take things over the next few seasons. If she continues to get better, she is going to have a lot of recruiters giving her a ring, asking about her future for the collegiate level.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_1_player":["777234"],"_player_evaluations_1_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"By all my accounts, [player_tooltip player_id='777234' first='Ava' last='Bruggeman'] maybe a prospect that is playing up with this group but once she finds her niche, she is going to shine. Bruggeman is someone that has recently switched AAU programs this past year and she is ready to show her worth to anyone willing to watch. She is a Guard out of the 2027 Class, that seems to bring a lot of positivity and a high motor to the floor. Each time she laces up her kicks, she is good for some steals, some open looks at the basket, and a lot of energy. Early on in prospect's careers, the most important thing that matters in their development is fit. At the high school level and now at the travel level, this fit seems right. Bruggeman is someone that is going to be able to come in and make an instant impact off the bench for this group. As long as she continues to stay locked in, while growing her game within this program, she is going to turn into quite the player. She showed glimpses of it this past 6 months at the high school level and I can't wait to see more in the near future.","_player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_2_player":["758887"],"_player_evaluations_2_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"[player_tooltip player_id='758887' first='Clara' last='Welker'] is a Top 10 prospect out of the 2026 Class in Nebraska for a reason. She is a go-getter, who can go get her team a bucket out of thin air or she can set up others for success off of her passing ability in the open court. Welker stands at 6'0, she can score it from all three levels offensively and she dominates on the defensive side of the ball in most situations. She has speed to stick with someone smaller or she can stick with larger Post players that may try to u0022physicalu0022 their way to the basket. One of Welker's best abilities, is her availability. She comes to the ball when things break down and she can move between the 2, 3, or 4 positions on the court at all times. That was a full display this past weekend and I don't expect that to change any time soon.","_player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_3_player":["758890"],"_player_evaluations_3_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"[player_tooltip player_id='758890' first='Emelia' last='Daubendiek'] is a prospect from this group that should play their 3 or 4 position, depending on what is being asked of her. Daubendiek stands at 5'11 and she is very versatile. She can score from every level offensively, she rebounds at a high rate on both offense and defense, she can facilitate for others when overplayed, and she gets her hands on a lot of tips/defections leading into steals. With her natural length and high motor play-style, she can really do it all. It just depends on what is needed. She is coming off of a high school season to remember, so I hope that she can use this moment over the next few months on the road. If she can do that, while expanding her game to an even higher level this Spring/Summer, she is going to be a monster come this Winter for Marian High School once again.","_player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_4_player":["893232"],"_player_evaluations_4_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"One of the smaller and craftier Guards from this team, that is from the 2027 Class playing up is [player_tooltip player_id='893232' first='Harper' last='Bohaboj']. Bohaboj is only 5'6 but her game plays much bigger than that. I would describe her play-style as sneaky. She moves well with the ball and can fit into some very tight spaces when a double-team comes. This past high school season Bohaboj was sensational for a prospect in their Freshman year. She was her team's leader in several categories on the floor each contest, she led her group from the PG spot with ease it seemed like, and she always made the unselfish play for her teammates. I expect a lot of these same attributes to be seen over these next few months by Bohaboj on this team. She may be playing up but she going to hold her own and she may be one of the best, u0022coaches on the flooru0022, that this group has to offer. If she is half of what she was during the high school season over these next few months, she is going to thrive and so will everyone else involved because of her play.","_player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_5_player":["777565"],"_player_evaluations_5_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_5_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_5_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_5_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_5_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_5_evaluation":"I've only seen [player_tooltip player_id='777565' first='Kaylee' last='Lake'] a handful of times up until this point but she is another prospect from the 2027 Class, that is playing up and I'm expecting a lot out of her this AAU season. To make this program and to play up at the UAA level is impressive to say the least. Lake brings to the floor length, a shooting stroke, and some great defense against other like-size Guards. She has demonstrated that she has quick side-to-side movement and coordination to pair along with all of that. She can be placed on a smaller PG and stick with that, dominating with her length or she can stay on another long Guard and use her physical size to compete. This team is one that is going to have a lot of longer prospects, who can really shoot the ball. If they work on pushing the rock up the floor in transition into their offense, this team is going to score a lot of buckets this AAU season, Lake being included in that conversation.","_player_evaluations_5_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_6_player":["758889"],"_player_evaluations_6_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_6_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_6_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_6_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_6_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_6_evaluation":"[player_tooltip player_id='758889' first='Macey' last='Kuchta'] is coming off of a very impressive high school season at Millard South, where she was an all state mention because of her production on the floor. Kuchta is someone that can be moved around the perimeter to a number of different of positions, all while being successful at anyone in which she is placed. She has a quick shooting stroke from deep with the ability to get hot in a hurry if she see's one go in, she can run her team's offense with a solid handle if need be, she can screen away and back cut for open looks at the rim, and she can be used as a decoy in her offense to open up others because of her scoring ability. Defensively she is the type who is really good at predicting where the ball is going to go. She doesn't seem to ever overplay her hand and she is always good for 2-3 steals each contest that she is competing in. Honestly with this [program_tooltip program_id='712709' first='Nebraska' last='Attack'] group, she is going to fit right in. Their offensive sets and play-style works right into her hands. I'm sure that if she can find the floor a good amount, she will shine because of this but we will just have to wait and see.","_player_evaluations_6_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_7_player":["727105"],"_player_evaluations_7_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_7_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_7_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_7_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_7_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_7_evaluation":"What [player_tooltip player_id='727105' first='Taryn' last='French'] brings to the table is good size, fundamentals, and efficient play. French stands at around 5'9 and she is very good in open space whenever she is given time. She demonstrates that she has a really solid foundation when catching and letting the ball go from deep with the ability to put it on the floor if she is overplayed, leading to an easier bucket for herself or an open teammate near the rim. She has the type of stance that reminds me of someone that could turn into being an elite shooter over-time. The biggest issue most prospects come across who can shoot it from a young age is that they don't have a wide enough stance to come off of screens with. If they were to run full speed, off of a down screen for a look, they would fall over or travel because they don't catch wide-enough but that is not the case with French. Other than that, she has a smart head on her shoulders and she never seems to force action. From everything that I have seen over the past year, this is one of those prospects that you might not think is going to kill you but if you let up on her, she could have a career night at any given moment.","_player_evaluations_7_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_8_player":["893265"],"_player_evaluations_8_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_8_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_8_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_8_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_8_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_8_evaluation":"[player_tooltip player_id='893265' first='Zoe' last='Beveridge'] is one of the most underrated prospects out of the 2027 Class that the state of Nebraska has to offer. When I say this, don't take it lightly as Beveridge can GO. She is someone that stands with good size at 5'8, while being elite on the offensive side of the ball. She can score at a high rate from all three offensive levels and she looks really put together while doing it. She can hit deep threes off of the both the catch and dribble, she can blow by her defender at Will, and she has a plethora of different counter moves that she can pull out of her bag if she is ever cut off. One of her best abilities is that she plays off of two feet, while understanding situations. She never tries to force a shot, instead she will gladly land on two and play off of that for either a step through finish or up-and-under layup. If the shot isn't there, she can pass with the best of them to any open teammate that maybe in the area. This is another 2027 playing up and I get why. The 2027's that this team is bringing to the floor should be playing up so it'll be exciting to see what they can string together this Spring/Summer as a group.","_player_evaluations_8_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":9,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"edit","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-661d632129539"} /-->

It's that time of the year again. It's AAU Season! This time of the year is always an interesting and excited one. It's the time where we see new faces in new places, new groups joining together, and a whole lot of action as it pertains to high-level basketball throughout the country.
