A big season with the Badgers led to Bojaboj jumping to third in our class rankings and the top point guard in the 2027 class. A big summer awaits with her Nebraska Attack team that will play on the UAA Next circuit, which will start for them next weekend in Pennsylvania. They get a warm up this weekend at the Phee Classic in St. Louis. Bohaboj led Bennington to the Class B state title with a 28-0 record and had averages of 11.1 points, 5.3 rebounds and 4.4 assists.

Maybe one of our favorite players to watch, Bohaboj made big play after big play for Bennington as they won the Class B state championship on Saturday and completed a perfect 28-0 season. In a big semifinal win over Lincoln Pius X, she scored 19 points, grabbed six rebounds and had four steals. Had junior season averages of 11.3 points, 5.3 assists, 4.7 steals and 3.7 rebounds per game. With a big summer ahead, we expect Bohaboj to receive heavy recruiting attention.

Another player with a fantastic motor is Bohaboj who helps run the show for the Badgers. She’s an athletic point guard with great hands that causes frustration for opponents, especially when Bennington is in pressure mode. On Tuesday, she was her usual self with 11 points, five steals, four rebounds and two assists. Her impressive season numbers include an 11.2 points per game average, but what college coaches will see more is her 5.4 assists and 4.9 steals per contest.

Bennington looked well seasoned last Winter with a very young group. They made the State Tournament and eventually fell to Skutt Catholic in the Semifinals. This season I predict this group will make it back to Lincoln once again. Something that is do-able but only if certain players do their part and come prepared for the season. Someone that will be a crucial factor in this equation is PG –

. Bohaboj led this team last season as a Sophomore with 140 Assists on the year. (The next highest for this team being 80.) She also led the team in Steals as well. A lot of people call Basketball a position-less game today but I tend to disagree. When you have a true top Point Guard with natural vision, creative passing ability, and a calculated head on their shoulders who can adapt – there is nothing better and that’s what we have here. As long as Bohaboj is ready to ride, this group she continue to see a lot of success.

has been noticed the past six months on the road with her UA
Nebraska Attack
program. Bohaboj would be one of those players that would be considered a natural at the PG position. She can handle the ball while being pressured in any big moments, she can orchestrate her team’s systems on both sides of the ball, she can lead everyone around her with top-notch communication, and she can go get a stop or a bucket for those around her when clutch time comes about. There is a lot to like out of Bohaboj has a creator and facilitator. She is well-rounded and only getting better with experience.

was more of an underrated hooper out of the 2027 Class at the PG spot then later that night she received an offer from Northern Illinois University. Bohaboj is naturally gifted as a skilled player. She might not be the tallest or more athletic individual on court but she makes up for that with knowing how the game is played. She is selfless in her pursuit of helping her team compete and others are starting to see that. This also puts Bennington High School in some rare air. They could have three D1 players, maybe even 4 at the end of the day out of their younger Classes if things pan out. This should give them a good chance to make it back to State but we will see.

is underrated at this point in her career for how well she would do at the collegiate level. Nothings a given but Bohaboj controls pace of place, she controls the ball and how her team’s stuff runs, she isn’t sped up or pressured to the point of failure very often, and she is someone that you want leading your team as a good leader and human-being. This season on the road Bohaboj has been constant. You get what you expect and from a coach’s perspective at the high school level, that’s a really good thing. Bennington is going to have a shot to return to State again this Winter and Bohaboj will be an important factor in that.

Bennington made a big push last Winter, making a run to the State Tournament at the end of the season. A reason for their success was their Underclassman group. They came in as Freshman and Sophomores, really doing well and holding their own. Someone out of the 2027 Class within that group being

at the PG position. Bohaboj did her job at a thorough rate throughout their Winter as a whole. She made the right and smart play almost every time a situation like that unfolded, speaking to the experience in her game. Bohaboj should be someone who see’s a lot to time this upcoming season. If everyone comes back hungry once again, they should make another big push this time around as well over the next 8 months.

The Nebraska State Class B All-Tournament team included several talented recruits. Some of who are committed to play D1 ball already and some that are going to be upcoming killers for the next few years. Someone that applies in the second part of that equation is PG,

of Bennington High School. Bohaboj killed it all facets of the game to end the season. During State week she averaged 14 PPG, 4.5 APG, 3.5 RPG, and 75% from the charity strip. Bohaboj was able to bring the ball up the floor and orchestrate her teammates in a way that was impressive for a Sophomore. She was thorough in her attempts to set up everyone else, while also showing that she has the skill to create for herself if things break down. Right now you could say that Bohaboj is a mix between a pass-first and a scoring PG. With other talented players around her, she still shines as someone who can distribute and that versatility will only help her in the long run as she is recruited for the next level.

Moving into this Winter Bennington High School was a team to watch out for and they have started things off on a high note so far. A big reason for this success is their skilled underclassman group, who have stepped up in some major ways. One of the most impressive being 2027 –

. Bohaboj, a 5’6 PG, is holding her own and facilitating the others around her at a high rate. Such a high rate that she falls within the Top 10 in the entire state in APG. She is currently dropping 5.1 APG throughout her team’s first 14 contests because of her crafty passing style and her willingness to adapt in crucial moments. If Bennington strives to carry their season of success into the Playoffs, more of these types of performances will be necessary.
