15 16U teams composed of players from Kansas, Missouri, Louisiana, Missouri and Oklahoma hit the four courts of Solid Rock gymnasium in Edmund, Oklahoma, for the Battle In The Big Friendly. Starting with a game Friday night and continuing through Sunday afternoon the teams played five games. It was enjoyable to watch as players showed improving play, strong effort, and plenty of stamina. Over time several players sifted to the top as standouts and many of them made various all-tournament teams. Below is the list of those who made 16U third team and honorable mention all-Battle In The Big Friendly 16U second team. It follows on the heals of the previously released 16U first team and 16U second team.

Tre'mya Anderson, Union (OK), iD3NTITY Elite 2026, 2026 - Anderson has solid, all-around interior skills to go with a feel for the game. She had good size and decent north-south speed. Improved handles will accelerate her development.

Baustert and her teammates picked up the half court defense and were very deliberate about finding someone to box inside and on the perimeter when their opponent took a shot. Baustert a big part of that by being very active on the glass and just battling inside on both ends. Baustert changes ends well and I look forward to seeing more of her offensive game, including in transition, over the next couple of days.
