[player_tooltip player_id='636395' first='Aaliyah' last='Story'], ‘25, David Crockett – Story was sensational this year for David Crocket. She averaged 16 points, 56% shooting, 10 rebounds, and 2.5 blocks. She was a 2 way beast all season long for a 25 win team.

Dycus' Honorable Mention List:

Bella Ferguson, ‘25, David Crockett – Ferguson is an old-school PG that led the state in assists for a 25 win team.

[player_tooltip player_id='793953' first='Addie' last='Wilhoit'], ‘27, Tennessee HS – see below for “Freshman of the Year”

Meade:

[player_tooltip player_id='513239' first='Michelle' last='Shields'], ‘26 Elizabethton- If I had a team, I would want Michelle running it! She is one of the savviest athletes that you are going to find! She has one of the purest shots too. Yes, she can run any offense and get to the rim. She can sink 3's from well behind the college line already! She's a great ball handler. She's elite and she's only a sophomore!

Dycus:

[player_tooltip player_id='889917' first='Kyla' last='Jobe'], ‘25, Greenville – Was Greeneville's best scorer this season averaging 15 points a game on two made threes. Led them to a substate berth with a huge 20 point/9 rebound effort in a regional upset over David Crocket. Jobe has a knack for hitting big shots in big moments.

Honorable Mention:

[player_tooltip player_id='890110' first='Keeyanah' last='Foote'], ‘26, Tennessee HS– The inside/out versatile forward became a really important piece for TN HS. She will end up being a 13 point 8 rebound high level role player. I look forward to watching her develop with Team Unlimited this summer.

[player_tooltip player_id='636395' first='Aaliyah' last='Story'], ‘25, David Crockett (was my MVP….and if we are keeping it 100…she's probably most improved too)

Meade:

Haley Rush, ‘25, Unicoi County - Rush proved this year that she can knock down the long ball. She has added more to her overall game! She's no stranger to the big moments either. She hit a shot at the buzzer to beat Fulton at the beginning of this year! You can tell the athletes that put in time to get better, Rush is one of them!

[player_tooltip player_id='793953' first='Addie' last='Wilhoit'], ‘27, Tennessee HS – The freshman guard was one of the best scorers in the state regardless of class. She averaged 20 points per game on 2.4 made threes. She was also a high volume free throw shooter which indicates a willingness to attack the rim. Had a 45 point game and multiple 30 pieces. [player_tooltip player_id='793953' first='Addie' last='Wilhoit'] is already a star.

Dycus' Honorable Mention:

[player_tooltip player_id='907566' first='Maria' last='Lyde'], ‘27, Greeneville – Gosh I think this kid is special. Her physical tools are off the charts. Incredibly long and athletic with a motor that never stops. She normally has to be defended by a “big” to keep her off the glass, but then she's going to attack the big off the dribble. Lyde has been excellent, and was the best freshman in Greeneville's district in my opinion.

Meade: I can't dispute this one. I think highly of both of these young freshmen. Addie and Maria are both incredibly skilled, gifted, and talented!

[player_tooltip player_id='515029' first='Brylee' last='Tullock'], ‘26, David Crocket: The sophomore guard averaged 22 a game as a freshman and hit over 100 3s. Her stats dropped across the board, and she went from a 39% three point shooter to a 32% shooter this season. [player_tooltip player_id='515029' first='Brylee' last='Tullock'] is awesome. She's already put up over 1,000 point in her career with her eyes set on 2,000. I look forward to the next two years.

Dycus' Honorable Mention List:

Michele Shields, ‘26, Elizabethton – It's only a matter of time before Shields recruiting profile takes off. She's already a high level scorer that has put together big time games (especially when she's gotten hot from 3).

[player_tooltip player_id='636530' first='Adison' last='Hayes'], ‘26, Grainger – The sophomore averaged nearly 14 points a game, and has made a name for herself as a kid that can get hot in a hurry. She's having a huge spring for TFT Trotters '26 so far.

[player_tooltip player_id='899933' first='Jordan' last='Swatzell'], ‘26, Greeneville – The sophomore really came on late the season. In Greenville's upset over David Crockett, Swatzell had 17 points. For a Greeneville team that got hot at the end of the season, Swatzell played a pivotal role.

Meade:

Once again, you have to keep your eyes on all of the athletes that were already mentioned! I'll add:

[player_tooltip player_id='899927' first='Laney' last='Britton'], ‘26, David Crockett

I watched this Greeneville team in a Christmas tournament, and I really liked their pieces. Jobe is a shot maker. [player_tooltip player_id='899933' first='Jordan' last='Swatzell'], [player_tooltip player_id='405861' first='Anna' last='Shaw'], [player_tooltip player_id='907566' first='Maria' last='Lyde'] all give quality contributions. This team plays really smart–they accept play into their strengths and are well coached. Kudos to them for a huge upset over David Crockett.

Meade: I loved watching the growth in Shields as a leader and the Elizabethton team!
