An efficient and steady bucket with a dominant presence on the floor. Olivia is a top-tier offensive threat and a 3-level scorer. A real bucket-getter that seems to get the job done by any means. She sports a decisive cutting-edge floater, along with a killer midrange shot and knocks down the 3 with ease. Olvia was a constant factor all weekend long despite suffering a few losses that Bay State encountered. She seemed to spark the team in times where there were droughts and gave the needed energy to stay in tight games. In a matchup vs New Heights, it was impressive to see the multifaceted game of Rodrigues. The New Heights guards had the ability to play a stifling press early in the game to disrupt the offense, however, Olvia was able to facilitate and become an extension of the coach in an imperative time. She was able to show her facilitation skills while still able to help direct teammates as a big guard in crucial moments. She was also showing her ability to attack downhill on smaller and feisty guards who wanted to get underneath her for the steal. On the defensive end, Rodrigues was shutting off her matchups' quality looks and she was able to use to her length to close off the space between them. Olivia plays both sides of the ball too; energetic and spirited blocks are a major portion of her defensive capabilities. As a bigger guard she tends to be a bit more aggressive on the opposing guards who are typically more on the elusive side. As a strong and physically imposing presence on defense Olvia seemed to deter her opponents from getting good looks at the basket. Olivia is a complete jewel on the floor and there was never an occasion where she seemed to back down from the moment. She had the look of someone who was willing to step up to the challenge and she imposed her will onto the game.

[player_tooltip player_id='278567' first='Maysen' last='Hill'] is the next iteration of point guards. A long and athletic mismatch that can play in both transition and in the half court at a fast pace and high level. Hill was dazzling in play this weekend. She was a dual threat in the couple of games watched. She was playing smothering defense and a heavy offensive factor throughout. Maysen knocked down shots from way beyond the 3-point line and was in attack mode from the very start of the game and throughout in a game vs GTS Fusion. She was knocking down shots seamlessly and hitting long range shots with consistency within the offense. Hill was very surprising with her defensive capabilities this game. She was closing the gap on ball handlers with her long arms and making stops at will. Maysen was able to get her hand on a bunch of balls defensively by getting up on the ball handler and applying pressure them. She was denying entry passes and checks all cutters coming across. A deceptively quick defender that has quick hands, long strides and can turn her hips. Maysen keeps her head on a swivel so she can make plays on the ball to get in transition. Hill was elite on the break, but what was astounding was her ability to rebound the ball in traffic as a point guard and push the pace to go coast to coast for a bucket. Maysen is a stellar player all around that is a ton of fun to watch.

A dynamic scorer with an array of offensive skills and impactful play that showed up big this weekend for her squad. Bela had stretches where she looked like is one of the best talents in the tournament. A combo guard with a certain flare to her game that lights up opponents with her shifty handle, finishing ability and smooth jumper. In her game vs I90 Elite, Cucuta's passing skills were on display. She was throwing dimes to her teammates in tight spots sand dissecting the zone the team would come out in. It was very impressive to see how her ability to get off the ball quickly rotated the defense and eventually get herself and her teammates better looks after circling back. Bela's handle is on a string and she used it vs opponents to bait and react to counter. One of the more impressive aspects of her game was her ability to absorb contact and finish strong at the rim amongst the trees. She creates contact and generates points at the line easily. Bella was paired vs some of the best guards in the entire tournament and she starred in every matchup.

Elyse is a top-ranking combo guard that showed exactly why she is a premier talent in the region after playing a competitive schedule this weekend. Ngenda is an all-around star and in a close game vs United NJ and GTS Fusion her abilities were on full display. Elyse was coming off down screens to hit 3-pointers, pushing the pace in transition, constructing angles to finish tough layups, creating off the dribble and playing menacing defense. Throughout the tournament Elyse was a strong component for the Lady Rivals' success. Her ability to hit mind-blowing layups with defenders draped all over her is amazing to watch. She does it with such consistency that it almost seems second nature. Ngenda gives her team a ton of extra possessions with her dynamic rebounding ability, just an added bonus to her game. She was able to dump accurate passes to her star big after creating off the dribble and even finding her after a few swings in the offense. Her passes were on the money and lead her teammates into quality shots. She was able to draw the foul by creating contact after driving tenaciously into the lane. Watching her play, it was clear why she is bringing in a bunch of high major offers. Not too many combo guards can match her strengths and technique in a head-to-head matchup. Elyse's scoring onslaughts are structed, methodical and surgical. Ngenda's game is second to none and was super impressive this weekend.

Lindsey Lemay (2025) | 5'11 Wing | Bay Sate Jags

Lindsey was remarkable over the weekend. She is a marvelous athletic 2-way athletic wing who allowed her defense to fuel her offense in the games watched. Lindsey's explosive play led to multiple turnovers that turn into easy points. After a score, Lemay is immediately up pressing almost 90 feet away from the basket with her arms fully extended and moving laterally while being low to the ground. For ballhandlers that aren't extremely comfortable handling the ball under duress, Lemay poses as a nightmare matchup. She closes the gap and lures dribblers into traps at the sideline. Lindsey causes turnovers, but her impact is shown in deflections and her sheer ability to fluster opponents. She has the ability to shut sides off the court down when she is on the floor. Lemay is deceptively quick and covers a lot of ground in a small amount of time. Offensively, Lemay was sporting her attacking off the dribble ability. She was driving and cutting through the lane viscously and those lead to some tough scores in critical periods of the game. Lindsey was also collecting a bunch of offensive weakside and strongside rebounds in tight spots. Lemay's ability to be everywhere on the floor is an underrated attribute that can be easily overlooked. Lemay was really impressive and had some stately performances in her play over the weekend.
