Who were some players from the 2028 Palmetto State Class that we were able to watch play? Despite missing a few teammates not in attendance and one transferring out, Miracle held up quite well and will be looked upon to carry the squad this season. She plays the game with a good amount confidence from the backcourt. Kierstin has soft hands to catch anything thrown in her direction. She does a nice job of keeping the ball up high and claiming it off the glass. Laikahlani was active in the passing lanes while playing out on the wing today. Alaina showed good body control going to the cup today for the Lady Stags. Kennedy keeps the ball close to the deck and understands what it takes to be a pass first point guard. Azaria has good size from the backcourt. Sapp is a physical guard who can get downhill with the and overpower defenders along the way. Azaria showed absolutely no hesitation when it came to jumping on the deck for a loose ball. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='925568' first='Nathaya' last='Phoenix']</strong> - Burke HS (Charleston)</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Nathaya does a little bit of everything for the Lady Bulldogs. She handles the rock up the floor with ease or simply will run the floor the floor on the break and post up. Phoenix can play over the floor for Head Coach Flip Simmons. Nathaya has a nice skill set to set up her teammates with solid passes or she can simply get the ball to the rack on her own. Azauria has a good motor that keeps on moving at all times. She does her best work around the basket collecting putbacks and rebounds. Jada shows to be a confident shooter while connecting on a handful of three-pointers today from downtown. Barlow looks to be a combo guard as she played on the ball at times today. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
