Team to watch in July: Part 1

[program_tooltip program_id='715214' first='Lady' last='Push'] has two great teams playing all over the country in July. They are a team you should watch; this 15u team will play a big part in Virginia's future. Here is a breakdown of their roster. There are a couple of 2028ers on this team that I haven't gotten a chance to see enough that I don't have listed, but this team as a whole is one to watch.    I watched [player_tooltip player_id='443364' first='Tiara' last='Herron'] play last summer for Team Loaded at the Chick-fil-A Invitational. She played way older than a player who had not even entered high school yet. Her court vision is great, and she has a nice handle. Tiara can score from all over the court and understands the game at a high level. She is great in transition and a good defender.     [player_tooltip player_id='898278' first='Brittany' last='Evans'] had a terrific freshman year for Nansemond River. She is an excellent shot-creator and overall scorer. She is a great shooter and a fearless driver. She has a nice handle and is hard to stay in front of. She is a good finisher and hits tough shots. Brittany is a player whose game I've gotten more familiar with, and she has quickly turned into one of the players I enjoy watching the most.     Another Freshman guard who contributed to a good team is [player_tooltip player_id='868635' first='Jiana' last='Price']. Jiana is a good spot-up shooter and handles the ball well. She has some crafty finishes and is a very solid driver. Jiana is a player who will take a leap this summer and is a player to look out for.     [player_tooltip player_id='443376' first='Nyla' last='Brown'] is a fun player to watch. She is quick and hard to stay in front of. With her strength and skill around the rim, she is a good finisher. Nyla is a great scorer while also being a terrific defender. She can play either guard position and has the potential to be a two-way star.     [player_tooltip player_id='443361' first='Kelsea' last='Bennett'] was outstanding for Henrico this past year, earning first-team all-region honors as a freshman. She can play multiple positions and is a versatile player overall. She is a good spot-up shooter and rebounder. Kelsea is an all-around fantastic player and one to watch in the Richmond area.     I talked about [player_tooltip player_id='541415' first='Kennedi' last='Young'] a little over a month ago when I was talking about some incoming freshmen to watch. She is one of the best players in the state for the class of 2028. She is a great defender and an absolute playmaker on that side of the ball, forcing turnovers. Kennedi capitalizes off the turnovers she forces, getting a lot of easy transition points off of it. Kennedi is a talented scorer with a deadly mid-range game and, without a doubt, one of the premier players in the state for her class.
