[player_tooltip player_id='311385' first='Reagan' last='Pagniano'] and her Iowa Dream 2025 team will look to cap off their season with a bang this next month as they compete all over the country. Pagniano is a guard that can be moved between the PG and the SG spot, depending on what is needed of her. For her high school team, she has helped them secure a State Title as their Point Guard but she is also a solid shooter, who is willing to break down the defense and make the extra pass while going toward the rim so it all just depends. At the next level, Pagniano would produce. She might not have a ton of interest just yet but this next month of ball should help prior to her Senior season with the Spartans.

[player_tooltip player_id='311378' first='Ella' last='Moser'] of CR Kennedy is also another prospect competing on the same Iowa Dream team and she has been fantastic up to this point in the season. Moser is an elite shooter, quick thinking, she has athletic ability, and she makes the other around her better while being efficient. During the high school season the past couple of years, Moser has been a main scorer and producer for her Cougars team. For her Senior year, she will have the opportunity to have her most dominant season of her high school career. She just needs to know that she is the #1 option on her own team and trust in her hard work for the off-season.

Last year [player_tooltip player_id='342185' first='Devon' last='Carlile'] switched high schools and it has helped in several different aspects of life. Carlile had the chance to be apart of her Mustang's team run a year ago to State and she is going to play a even bigger role this upcoming season as her group tries to replicate what they have done the past few years at the Varsity level. Carlile is a solid option to have on your team. She can produce while attacking off the dribble, she can knock down shots that are rotated back to her, and she is better than average at the guard position on defense. She has a few D3's interested at this point so she will have options as to where she might want to go following this next year but we will have to wait and see.

The mixture of length, natural height, situational awareness, and coordination of [player_tooltip player_id='671467' first='Leah' last='Weaver'] is what really interests recruiters at the next level who may be scouting her. Weaver competes out of a smaller school in West Fork and doesn't always get the respect she deserves. She is someone that can impact the outcome of a game directly with her effort and ability on both sides of the ball and that ability would translate to the next level eventually. During the AAU season this year, Weaver teamed up with Lady Martin Bros and put together a respectable season. If she keeps it up, she will have another year to remember at WF and that should lead to some chances to compete following her Senior season somewhere if she chooses to take that route.

One of the hardest workers throughout the state at the guard position is [player_tooltip player_id='582831' first='Joelle' last='Johnson'] of Pleasantville High School. Johnson is a solid prospect, a great listener, someone that truly leaves it all on the floor, and she could turn out to be special at the collegiate level on day. The only problem that Johnson suffers from is that her small high school team needs her to shoot almost every other shot so her percentages can be rough at times when she is trying to Will her team to a victory. This is something you can't fault Johnson for but it is something that recruiters notice. If someone gave Johnson a chance, they wouldn't regret it. She is delight to be around and someone that might have it click one day and then things will be really scary for anyone else trying to matchup across from her.
