2027 Rankings Update - Top 10 Evaluations

Brinley is a rising star in South Dakota basketball. Heading into her sophomore season at Sioux Falls Jefferson she already has vital experience from both her AAU experience with All Iowa Attack and her varsity level playing time at Jefferson. She is a complete guard that has one of the most explosive games in the state of South Dakota. An elite scorer she can knock down threes, create shots in the mid-range, and use her quickness to get to the rim and finish. Defensively she gets after it with great intensity and a really high basketball IQ. With offers from D1 schools like South Dakota State University, University of South Dakota, Creighton, and Drake the sky is the limit for what this guard can achieve the rest of her career.     Lauryn may have one of the highest ceilings in this class with a 6'1" frame, a really high basketball IQ, and loads of basketball skill! On the offensive end she is a force in the paint. She has an elite ability to catch in the paint, elevate, and finish. Her vertical and height make her almost impossible to stop once she gets it deep in the paint. A true rim running post she can score in transition and it a very athletic post player. In the half court she operates well in the ball screen game as she can roll hard and finish or pop off the screen and knock down the three. On the defensive end this young lady is a game changer as well with excellent shot-blocking and rebounding instincts and a really high motor! All of this talent has her holding offers from South Dakota State University and the University of South Dakota already.     Ruby is another really talented prospect who rounds out our top three with D1 offers already in hand (South Dakota State and South Dakota). She is teaming up this summer with Lauryn (above) at [program_tooltip program_id='747557' first='Team' last='Warwick']. This group is one of the most talented AAU squads in the Midwest right now at the 15U level. She's a deadly scorer who can knock down threes with ease and has a really nice mid-range game to go with it. She has excellent handles and a rare ability to create her own shot off the dribble. A tall ask for defenders to stop she has great explosiveness to go with a plethora of dribble moves to blow by and get to the basket. A scoring point guard she understands the value of shot selection and makes the right play time and time again. On defense she has active hands and converts a lot of turnovers to points with a speedy transition game. Keep your eye on Ruby as she competes this winter to try and help her Sioux Falls O'Gorman squad repeat as state champs!     London checks in at number 4 in the class and has been a recent stock-riser for good reason. She has an all-around guard game and is a lethal scorer on all levels. She plays with great confidence, isn't afraid of the big moment, and has an aggressive mentality on both ends of the floor. One of the most consistent three-point shooters in this class she has a really smooth shot with excellent technique. Great vision and ball handling skills makes everyone on the floor around her better as well. Defensively she has great anticipation and constantly positions herself in the right place at the right time. She's a stat-stuffing machine who will averages solid point totals, rebounds, assists, and steals as well. Playing for Network this summer and on an already loaded Brandon Valley team, look for lots of continued improvement and successes for this talented guard.     Kailey is a really intriguing prospect who rounds out our Top 5 in this class. She has endless length and at 5'10" and athletic is one of the most versatile players in this class. A guard in a forward's body she is extremely effective off the dribble and is a great finisher around the basket. Pair this with her ability to knock down open threes and you have a really talented offensive player. On the defensive end she's a steal and block machine who can guard multiple positions with her combination of quickness and length. This young lady has a really high ceiling and is gaining invaluable experience this summer playing at the [program_tooltip program_id='787122' first='Sanford' last='Sports Academy'] as she looks to continue to accelerate her level of play.     Taylor sits just outside of the Top 5 in this class and checks in at number 6 in the rankings. Teammate to Brinley (above) this is one of the most formidable duos on the horizon playing for Sioux Falls Jefferson. She has great size at 5'9" and physical making her a really tough matchup for opposing guards. One of the most effective shooters in this class she will make you pay time and time again if you give her an ounce of space. She's a great playmaker as well and has exceptional vision and passing skills to set up teammates for open looks. Defensively she plays with pure toughness and grit, helping her team get stops and rebounding hard from the perimeter as well.     Rayleigh is a very talented guard who makes up part of this Top 10 for good reason. She has exceptional quickness and great ball-handling skills and can get downhill in a hurry to get to the rim and finish. Keeping defenders off balance she is on constant attack mode and plays with a high motor and a lot of intensity. She can knock down shots when you leave her open making a her a pure threat who can score it from all over. Defensively she can put you on lockdown mode and plays with great intensity and aggressiveness. As her role continues to increase on a loaded Brandon Valley Lynx team, look for her stock to continue to rise.     Another formidable duo who pairs up with Kailey (above) watch out for the Cossacks in Sioux Valley who have a lot of young talent. Liberty is one of those and her game features play-making ability, a high basketball IQ, and defensive intensity. Efficient handles, great vision, and the ability to make smart basketball plays, she's a very effective guard in a motion offense who betters players around her. High energy and constant effort make this young lady a blast to watch and she will look to continue to improve her game this summer competing for the [program_tooltip program_id='787122' first='Sanford' last='Sports Academy'].     Emory is a talented forward with an extremely high ceiling for the Chargers of Sioux Falls Christian. She is playing on a talented bunch for the [program_tooltip program_id='787122' first='Sanford' last='Sports Academy'] and is turning heads this summer with her physical and mental attributes. A smart player she has a really impressive scoring game with an ability to finish around the basket, elevate and hit in the mid-range, and create scoring opportunities off the dribble. She has impressive length, runs the floor well, and finishes in traffic with ease. Defensively she can guard multiple positions and has an impressive ability to create turnovers and block shots. Keep your eye on Lems as she has a lot of talent and an ever-increasing ceiling!     Rounding out our Top 10 is one of the biggest stock-risers of the summer, [player_tooltip player_id='894053' first='Logan' last='Durnil']. She has an undervalued game and might be one of the most complete guards in this class. She can knock down shots from beyond the arc with ease and will create loads of space for her teammates as defenses will have no choice but to stick someone on her and not leave her. She handles pressure well with strong fundamental handles and passing ability. Stock is up on the talented Tiger guard. Look for her to start garnering more attention from colleges as her game continues to be showcased!
