Before that occurs, we are going to cover the Top 15 prospects out of Nebraska, no matter the Age or Class-level. In this specific article, we highlight the top players, 6-10, while detailing our reasoning and each athlete's specific play-style. This list is based on current success and ability, future potential, and everything in between being taken into consideration.

[player_tooltip player_id='747368' first='Kylee' last='Paben'] is 6'1, she has a picture perfect looking-shot form whenever she is shooting the ball from more than 12FT away, and she can defend multiple positions. At Millard West last Winter, she stood out as one of their top producers on the way to only losing 1 game and bringing home a State Title by the end of the year. She ate up space near the paint, she held her own in all facets of the game that you can think of, and she produced with other D1 players next to her on the court. All things that lead me to believe that she will be able to do the same thing at the D1 collegiate level before you know it.

Someone in the conversation of being the best ball-handler in any given situation throughout the state is [player_tooltip player_id='766565' first='Myleigh' last='Weers'] of Diller-Odell High School and she is also a UNK commit. Weers is a beast. A stone cold killer. Someone that can get hot in a hurry, while being lethal off of the dribble. From everything I've seen, she is a calculated/aggressive prospect and that is going to help her kill it sooner rather than later at the next level, early on in her career when she gets to that point. Compared to everyone else around the state, she is a Top 10 player, no matter age-level and that is respectable to say the least.

I still have a lot of questions about [player_tooltip player_id='305778' first='Avril' last='Smith'] and her game but what I do know is that she is a high-product hooper and she is going to be a positive to whatever collegiate program she commits to at the end of the day. Smith is a flat out producer. Someone that is going to do whatever she can to help her team and she is going to put up big numbers in different categories across the board. This upcoming Winter she will be looked upon to be their major producer and I'm sure she is going to kill it. There won't be many that can matchup with her individually so a lot of stopping her will come down to the opposing team's game-plan.

[player_tooltip player_id='756006' first='Ani' last='Leu'] holds several D2 and NAIA offers up until this point moving into her Junior season at Lincoln North Star High School and that list is only going to grow over-time if she continues to stay uncommitted this Winter. Leu has the length, skill, natural confidence, and ability to be able to compete at a high level on any given night. I'm not sure if any D1's will end up sneaking into her recruitment but at this point, if they did I'm sure they would be favored in a recruitment contest Leu is a solid all around prospect and she is going to be solid at the next level too, where ever that maybe.

Last week [player_tooltip player_id='747374' first='Izzie' last='Galligan'] picked up her first but certainly not last, Division-1 collegiate offer. Galligan was offered by Southeast Missouri State moving into the Fall, giving her some momentum and confident right before her Junior year begins with the Millard North Mustangs. I have Galligan as a future Mid-Major prospect at the moment, so I would be surprised if she didn't pick up some more offers this next twelve months. She has been someone that her team has looked up to the past few Varsity seasons and that won't change any time soon by the looks of it.
