With so much great talent in the Central Florida Area I want to point out hidden gems from each County that are must see when you are in there area. Together, they look to build on the program's winning history this year. Allevia, a 6'0" guard, embodies the modern era of basketball players who can confidently shoot from deep. She plays with a high motor, regardless of the score, and is very vocal on the floor. She's also a nuisance on the defensive end, using her length to poke the ball loose and turn defense into offense. Even when you think you've blown by her, she's quick to swipe the ball from behind.

Last season, Williams averaged 17.3 PPG, with a season-high of 27 points during her sophomore year, scoring 399 points overall. Heading into her junior year after a productive travel season with [program_tooltip program_id='713224' first='Warehouse' last='Ballers'], where she competed nationwide, Allevia is poised to improve those stats.

If you're looking for fast-paced scoring and high-intensity play, [player_tooltip player_id='847610' first='Allevia' last='Williams'] is MUST-SEE!

[player_tooltip player_id='346885' first='Mikayla' last='Paschal'] is one of the most athletic players you will ever see. On the floor, she's usually the fastest, strongest, and toughest player out there. At Largo High School, Paschal does it all. Last season, she averaged 21.8 PPG, shooting 40% from the field, and grabbed 8.8 RPG while scoring 435 points, with a season-high of 36 points. She also reached the 1,000-point milestone in just her junior year. Paschal is on track to hit the 1,500-point mark this season, currently sitting at 1,056 points.

Paschal scores in a variety of ways, with her most efficient being off the dribble. She can bully her way to the rim, using her quick first step to create separation. No matter how hard she gets hit, she's either converting the and-1 or heading to the free throw line. Paschal is also a threat with her catch-and-shoot mid-range jumper, and she has developed a side step and step-back off the dribble, catching defenders off guard with her quickness and strength. She can also knock down the three.

Paschal's rebounding is just as impressive. She approaches every rebound like it's hers, and last season she had 8 double-doubles by simply outworking everyone on the floor. If it's an offensive rebound, she's going right back up. If it's a defensive rebound, she's pushing it in transition and beating others down the floor.

If you're looking for a physical, athletic player with skills, [player_tooltip player_id='346885' first='Mikayla' last='Paschal'] is MUST-SEE!

[player_tooltip player_id='248455' first='Alahni' last='Lovett'] is the kind of player you have to start guarding as soon as she steps on the floor for the jump ball, and you need to stay attached to her all game. Lovett can shoot it—and shoot it from anywhere. I once watched her walk to the volleyball line on the court, shoot the ball, and everyone knew it was going in. She then came down again, and while the defender got a little closer, they still left too much room, and she made it from the same spot again.

Lovett is a threat with the ball in her hands. Not only can she shoot, but she also has excellent handles, making her dangerous off the dribble. Every time Lovett shoots, you can tell she believes every shot is going in. It's clear she lives by the philosophy that "the only shots you miss are the ones you don't take."

Last season, Alahni averaged 20.5 PPG, scoring 574 points in the season, with a season-high of 32 points and one game where she made six three-pointers. She eclipsed the 1,000-point milestone in her junior year and is well on her way to hitting 1,500 points in her senior season, currently sitting at 1,246 points.

If you want to see a pure scorer who finds creative ways to get her shot off and make them, Alahni is MUST-SEE!

[player_tooltip player_id='248454' first='Sumayah' last='Lewis-McIntosh'], when on the floor, wants to show you on every play—whether it's on offense or defense—that she wants it more than you. To beat her, you're going to have to give it everything you've got. Sumayah imposes her will on her opponents, thriving on the physical aspect of the game. On offense, she brings the contact to you. If you're on your heels, she can sense the fear and will attack. On defense, she wants to guard the opposing team's best player full court and make it a long night for them.

Sumayah has one of the highest motors and is super competitive. Even while playing with such intensity, she can still score in multiple ways—whether it's at the rim, off the dribble, or getting to her mid-range pull-up. Her favorite, though, is in transition, where she shows her speed and athleticism, often finishing with an "And-1."

Last season, Sumayah averaged 14.8 PPG, 3.4 APG, 6 SPG, 2.2 BPG, and scored 414 points. She also joined her teammate [player_tooltip player_id='248455' first='Alahni' last='Lovett'] in reaching the 1,000-point milestone and is well on her way to 1,500, currently sitting at 1,207 points.

If you want to see physical, high-intensity, competitive play for four straight quarters, Sumayah is a MUST-SEE!

Ella Abernethy is the type of player who will grind it out for four quarters and give her all on every play. She plays high-intensity defense the entire game and is a willing defender who does all the little things to win—whether it's rotating over to help side, boxing out shooters and post players, taking charges, or being vocal on defense by calling out screens and keeping her teammates informed.

During this travel season with [program_tooltip program_id='931970' first='Duval' last='Elite'], Ella developed a nice mid-range pull-up jumper, adding to her offensive skill set, which already includes knowing how to get to her spots and shooting off the catch. She improved her scoring average to 12.9 PPG in her junior year, more than doubling her 5.0 PPG from her sophomore year, and had a season-high 30 points in one game.

Look for her to improve these numbers in her senior season, especially after her last season was cut short due to injury. Now, she's back stronger, more confident, and better than ever. If you want to see an underdog outwork everyone and give it her all for four straight quarters, Ella is a MUST-SEE!

[player_tooltip player_id='249400' first='Pink' last='Sturdivant'] has a SMOOTH game—she doesn't need many dribbles to get to her spot and score. She's highly efficient with her dribbles and decisive in how she's going to score. Pink takes what the defense gives her and does it effortlessly, in a calm, cool manner. Before you know it, she's in double digits and hasn't even broken a sweat.

Last season, Pink averaged 16.6 PPG, scoring 382 points while shooting 81% from the free-throw line, with a season-high of 31 points in a game. If you want to watch a silent assassin pick apart a defense, Pink is a MUST-SEE!
