After a quick break following the release of the 2026 class rankings update, we have some stock risers to take a look at. Today, we're looking at eight kids in this class, which I feel have improved over the last twelve months. Let's get into it.

I've known that Casey was an athletic multi-sport kid for a while, but once I saw her in person, it was clear that she was better than I first thought. The 6'0 wing can play anywhere on the floor, and coaches will be comfortable putting her in any role. Casey can dribble, pass, finish around the rim, and defend multiple positions on the floor. The Holmen native should be someone who earns plenty of scholarship-level attention if she hasn't already.

As the years have gone by and Schonecker has grown into her frame, she's gotten better. I first saw her as a 5'10ish rangey wing, and she's grown into a 6'0 physical and athletic wing heading into her junior season at Oregon. The Badger-Large has been one of the most balanced conferences in the state, but Schonecker could be the breakout star for the Panthers this season and keep them at or near the top of the standings in February.

The 5'11 forward from Wittenburg-Birnamwood flashed this past summer with [program_tooltip program_id='712778' first='Purple' last='Aces'] this past AAU season. Her ability to score inside and out consistently and her rebounding on both ends of the floor caught plenty of program attention at the D2 level. The Chargers have the tools to make a deep run this season, and having the stability in the frontcourt in Granquist makes that even more likely. I like her versatility in her offensive game and believe she will play high-level basketball at the next level.

Among the few kids who don't play AAU basketball in the top 100 is Cuba City guard [player_tooltip player_id='914523' first='Ashley' last='Rowe']. Around the state, people may not know her as much as other guards, but she's a kid who can play scholarship-level basketball if she wants to play at the next level. As good as the Cuba City backcourt was, Rowe was the one who got a late steal to seal a semifinal win for the Cubans and finished with 11 points, six rebounds, and three steals. Rowe followed that performance up with 11 points, seven assists, and six rebounds in the title game against Laconia. She's a consistent kid in the backcourt and makes winning plays. I'm a massive fan of hers.
