[player_tooltip player_id='866305' first='Adi' last='Hunt'] of Southern Valley High School is a prospect out of the 2025 Class, that ranked #3 last season in Steals Per Game throughout the entire state of Nebraska, no matter of Class or grade-level. Hunt averaged just over 5 SPG a year ago, bringing her career average to just under 4 SPG throughout her three years on the Varsity floor. No matter how you phrase it, this is an impressive feat. The only two players to beat Hunt in this category a year ago were two prospects from the 2024 Class, who have graduated since so now it's time for Hunt to step up and take that top spot this Winter. Something that is definitely plausible at this point in the process.

Throughout the past three seasons, [player_tooltip player_id='866307' first='Makenna' last='Miller'] of Anselmo-Merna High School has averaged some impressive numbers over her 70 games played. Walking into her Senior season, Miller has a career stat line of 8.5 PPG, 2.1 APG, 4.5 RGP, and 3.3 SPG in her efforts. All of these numbers make a difference throughout her team's seasons but she really stands out on the defensive end from what I've witnessed. This is someone that competes at the Shooting Guard position and she is not afraid to mix it up with anyone matching up across from her. Her quick feet and fast hands have led to a lot of success in the takeaways category thus far and I expect that to continue for Miller's grand finale with her Coyotes program this Winter.

Bridgeport High School is going to return this Winter after putting together an impressive season last year. A prospect who is a major piece to their puzzle and overall success is guard, [player_tooltip player_id='766582' first='Tacey' last='From']. From leads this team in a lot of different ways. She outworks and out hustles any one of the floor when she is competing, she seemingly is always in the right spots on the floor, and she is a heck of a teammate to those around her. Bridgeport is only going to go as far as their stars can take them and I think From is a star in this conversation. She is going to be a big reason they do well this season and I'm sure she is ready for that challenge. As a Junior she averaged just over 3 SPG, ranking her higher than most throughout Nebraska in the grand scheme of everything.

I can confidently say that [player_tooltip player_id='766565' first='Myleigh' last='Weers'] of Diller-Odell High School is my favorite, hard nosed PG that the state of Nebraska has to offer. Weers came to our PGH Showcase a year ago and did her thing. She showed that she was the best prospect in the gym or at least one of them, while being a tenacious defender in both the half and full courts. It does not surprise me one bit that Weers was a leader in SPG as a Junior. She competes with that chip on her shoulder mentality and that is very easy to spot early on, if you are in attendance and watching her compete live. At UNK, Weers is going to be a staple. If she can find her place within their system, the rest should be history.

[player_tooltip player_id='1045024' first='Sadie' last='Cornell'] of Superior High School is an athlete that we have recently touched on these past few weeks because of her stand-out play at our PGH Fall Showcase. Cornell has a collegiate level talent on the basketball court, that just needs a shot at the next level to make some things happen. On the high school floor, Cornell is a vocal leader, a pass first prospect in all facets of the game, all while being a solid scorer in her own right. For her Superior program, you could even call Cornell a game-changer with what she does for her squad. Last season she was someone that was a top 20 prospect in the state in SPG and I hope I can see more of that over these next six months.
