[player_tooltip player_id='243896' first='Jade' last='Jones'] has a smooth game; she does a lot of things well but excels at finishing at the rim, utilizing her ability to change the pace of her dribble and attack downhill with an explosive first step. At 5'11", Jade has the versatility to play positions 1 through 5, but the Houston commit is most effective on the wing at the small forward position, where she uses minimal dribbles to reach the rim, always playing north-south. Jade plays with intensity on both sides of the ball, making her a double-double machine. Last season, she averaged 15.3 PPG, 9.6 RPG, and 3.1 SPG, finishing the season with 14 double-doubles. Her best game last season came against Palm Beach Gardens, where she recorded 20 points and 19 rebounds. Entering her senior year, she looks to join the 1,500-point club, currently sitting at 1,419 points, and is determined to make one last run for the 3A state championship.

[player_tooltip player_id='727322' first='Ayonna' last='Zaree Lewis'] is a physical small forward who fights for every ball and finishes strong through contact when attacking the rim. Ayonna plays low and fast, with solid footwork when she catches the ball in the post, making decisive moves. She attacks every rebound at its highest point. Ayonna can also shoot well off the catch, with a smooth follow-through and soft touch. She can knock down open threes and keeps defenders honest with her midrange shot. Her athleticism and high motor make her an impact player anytime she's on the floor. She's unselfish and does whatever it takes to help the team win on both ends, elevating the players around her. This season, she looks to lead her South Broward team on a deep 6A state playoff run.

[player_tooltip player_id='243897' first='Jim'Myah' last='Branton'] is a point guard who does it all on the floor. Not only can she score with ease, but she also involves her teammates and is one of the top rebounding point guards. Branton plays with confidence when the ball is in her hands, demonstrating a high IQ in reading defenses and capitalizing on their weaknesses. Her ability to change the pace of her dribble and use hesitation moves forces the defense to play at her pace, allowing her to pick them apart and contribute points—whether by scoring herself or setting up her teammates. Last season, she led her team to the 4A State Final Four, averaging 14.1 PPG and 5.7 RPG. This season, with her team reclassified to 3A, she aims to capture the state championship.

[player_tooltip player_id='221649' first='Markeli' last='Jones-Tynes'] has the handles to put defenders off balance and the ability to stop on a dime, making way for one of the smoothest pull-up jumpers you'll see. Markeli combines great size and athleticism with a high basketball IQ, excelling at the point guard position. She handles pressure like a veteran, staying composed, keeping the defense from speeding her up, and ensuring her team is always in the right position to score. Last season, Markeli averaged 15.8 PPG, 8.0 RPG, 5.1 APG, and 2.5 SPG, finishing with six double-doubles, showcasing her versatility. She can run any system, score efficiently, and guard the opposing team's best player or primary ball handler to create defensive chaos. This season, as her team reclassifies to 2A from 3A, she aims to cap off her illustrious career with a second state championship in four years.

(cover photo) [player_tooltip player_id='221657' first='Angelina' last='Deleon'], the 5'9" guard, can flat-out shoot the ball—whether it's off the catch, off a screen, off the dribble, or even contested, she knocks it down at a high percentage. She also has a quick first step and accelerates rapidly, so if defenders close out on her, she can put the ball on the floor and reach the rim before the defense can rotate. In the open court, she handles ball pressure well and has no problem bringing the ball up. If defenders try to lock her down, she has a range of moves and counters to create space for her shot. The Lynn commit averaged 12.3 PPG last season while shooting 49% from the field on a high-powered offensive team with four players averaging double digits. Angelina helped lead her team to the 7A State Final Four and looks to repeat that success this season, aiming to reach the 7A state championship to cap off her high school career.
