Sophomore forward <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='490767' first='Naydia' last='Shaw']</strong> led the way for the Lady Blazers with 14 points. Shaw can play inside-out on the floor. She really looks to rebound the ball on both ends of the court. Naydia was able to connect on a few short jumpers from 8-10 feet here today. Trinity is a left-handed true post player. She does a nice job of keeping the ball up high and staying close to the basket to finish plays. Miracle brings great versatility to the floor with her ability to run the floor. She's quite agile with her play and quick off the floor. Well on Friday Prep Girls Hoops took in the action at Dorman HS. The Lady Cavaliers played Chapin HS.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The Lady Cavaliers move to (7-4) on the season with a win over the Chapin HS Lady Eagles 72-38. The Lady Cavaliers have NO Seniors on the roster for Head Coach Ashlen Dewart Dorn. Junior post player <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='405529' first='Morgan' last='White'] </strong>played limited minutes in the first half after picking up two quick fouls. White finished with 14 points while shooting the ball at a good percentage clip around the bucket. Morgan has really started to define her body and is a true post player down on the block. She finished with a few nice jump hooks today while showcasing a great set of hands. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Sophomore guard <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='739945' first='Makayla' last='Moore']</strong> scored 12 points. Moore was able to showcase a quick 1st step while scoring the ball in transition here today. Makayla added 10 assists and 7 steals here tonight. Reagan finished with 19 points in the loss. Haggard a 3-sport athlete also excels in softball and golf for Chapin HS. Reagan was able to connect on a few mid-range jumpers while showing a good skill set.
