However, White's may be the most impressive. The pass first point guard is a TRUE point guard. Her most recent stat line looked like this: 14 points, 4 rebounds, 2 steals, and 10 assists. Yes, you read it right. A double-double with TEN assists! Remember, if you are open, White will find you! It has been stated before that the best point guards see the game before it happens, and Jordan continues to prove why she is one of the best point guards. White's decision-making continues to shine even when she is under pressure. She's had numerous notable performances. In Grainger's most recent win, she put up 19 points and added 3 assists, and 4 rebounds! She also picked up 3 steals in this game. Roach is an athlete that could post numerous defensive highlights. She continues to play aggressive defense, forcing numerous turnovers a game. If she isn't picking up the steals, she is deflecting passes. Stein once said, "Great players are defensive stoppers. They stop their man as well as help teammates. They do the things offensive players hate!" I love Brookelyn's defensive mindset and how she approaches the game. Richmond-Watson is the inside presence that can stretch the floor offensively. If you leave her open, she can knock down the long ball and mid-range consistently. She has put up stat lines like 10 points and 19 rebounds. She can put up big numbers any time that she is on the court. She does well absorbing contact and finishing around the rim. She continues to use her size and strength to control the paint and rebound exceptionally well. I know that Scott is happy to have this addition to their team this season! She has continued to put up big numbers and she is only a freshman! Rogers has great size and length! She puts in so much work on the glass. The rebounding machine continues to be hard to stop. She has the intangibles! She's relentless on the boards and that is one part of her game that I love watching. She poured in 21 points and added 11 rebounds in a win against Maryville Christian on 2/1. She pulled down 10 rebounds in a win against Midway on 2/6. She continues to put the work in, and it shows when she steps on the court. She does a great job at protecting the rim. She continues to show great mobility. Jenna has the ability to stretch the floor fast. She's an efficient athlete that can score in numerous areas. She shows solid footwork around the rim that leads to easy buckets. One thing that might go unnoticed is her passing ability. She's a good passer that finds her open teammates! This one just picked up her first offer to Bryan College.
