Honestly, Ayana has put up big numbers all season! Porter's 33 point performance could not have come at a bigger time in the defeat over Farragut! I love the energy and motor that Porter plays with. I have watched thousands of athletes and not one is like Ayana! She plays with so much intensity for all four quarters on both ends of the court. She is going to play in your face defense and make you work for every step. She continues to make opponents sweat. In all honestly, she forces turnovers every game. I have used this quote at least 5 times now. THIS is the athlete that represents this quote, "It's not the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog." [player_tooltip player_id='410062' first='Ayana' last='Porter'] is one of the smallest athletes on the court. Keep underestimating what height can't do! Height can't make you a DAWG! Porter has every bit of that dawg in her!

I need every college coach in the state of Tennessee to tune in and watch what Gwen does on a nightly basis. She can handle any match-up! My notes looked like this; Gwen with the first score off the jump, block my Gwen, tough take and basket by Gwen, mid-range automatic! This kid continues to elevate and put up big time performances to help her team win! She poured in 22 points, scoring in numerous ways to lead her squad over Hampton! Caroll is the prime example of an athlete that you can play great defense on, but she has better offense. She is one of the few athletes that can put out a highlight reel with shots made over people, & a hand in her face! Gwen is NEXT LEVEL! The recruitment for this one is about to blow up fast!

I watched Midway vs Harriman, & Armes was exceptional again! Addison was beating people off the dribble. She was attacking the basket over and over again. I loved the beautiful three right before the quarter ended. She finished with 24 points, 6 rebounds, and 3 blocks in this one! I have talked about Addie's length numerous times. She uses her length every single game. Athletes think that they can shoot over her and they underestimate her length, and she picks up block after block. Addison's senior season isn't over yet, and she has had a great senior year!

Let's just start it like this; "If you are open, White will find you!" Jordan had eight assists to lead her team over Scott. I have loved following Jordan's high school journey. She is the point guard that you want leading your squad. Jordan now holds the single-season assist record with 201 assists at Northview! This floor general is one of the best passers in the state! Jordan has handled the ball time and time again like it is on strings. She is one of the most poised guards that can control the tempo of any game! She has elite court vision and she showcased that against Scott! When Jordan's senior season ends, Tennessee Wesleyan will love when she arrives on campus!

Hammock continues to show why she separates herself from many athletes! She's one of the strongest guards on the floor at all times. Hammock made 13 points, 14 rebounds, and 5 assists look easy against Wartburg. It doesn't matter what team Alexis plays against, she stands out! She has elite court vision and continues to make plays that make people go, "WOW" with some of those passes. She makes those jaw dropping passes like it's nothing. This one is a special athlete that will continue to be at the top of the '27 class. She is one of the savviest athletes on the court at all times. Keep your eyes on Alexis and this tough Coalfield team as they make their way to states!
