She has a fairly strong frame, she's a solid athlete in most directions, and she plays with a strong motor. Where Kalea stands out is as a perimeter shooter. She likes to sit on the wings or in the corners and wait for passes off of penetration by others. When she's set and in rhythm, she's very accurate. She has also started to drive it and rebound better.

[player_tooltip player_id='665452' first='Grace' last='Goldman'], 2026, 5-11 SF/PF, North Harrison H.S. - I've always enjoyed watching Grace play, because she competes each possession, and she seems to give it all she has. She is a strong forward, willing to be physical, and she is aggressive attacking the basket or pursuing rebounds. She is a mismatch problem in the mid-post, but she also has skill around the perimeter. She can handle the ball in transition a little, even initiate the offense, and she can be utilized in pick-and-pop situations as a shooter.

[player_tooltip player_id='567136' first='Miley' last='McClellan'], 2026, 6-1 SF, Columbus North H.S. - Last Spring, Miley had finally "figured it out", then she was injured in July and missed her Junior high school season. Now back, I am anxious to see if she can regain that form from a year ago. She has good height, length, fluidity, and even some bounce. She has touch around the perimeter, she can put it on the deck and attack the rim North/South, but she is also a problem in the mid-post. I think she is vastly under-recruited at this point and could have a big Spring.

[player_tooltip player_id='486546' first='Kendall' last='McLaughlin'], 2026, 5-8 SF, Homestead H.S. - Kendall is a part of a loaded Homestead team, but she has figured out ways to contribute each game. She has a fairly strong frame, she is a quietly tough kid who doesn't mind physicality, and she plays with a good motor. She has a nice shooting touch from the perimeter, she can put it on the floor 3-4 dribbles and be productive with it, but she's also willing to flash into the mid-post and score from there. I think she could have a lot of value for elite small colleges.
