[player_tooltip player_id='340831' first='Avery' last='Bollin'] (2029) | 6'3 PF | Dexter Southfield

The undisputed #1 ranked player in this class is even skilled enough to be within the top 5 players in 2028. Her game is incredibly advanced for the age and she's been getting plenty of high school experience while playing big minutes for Dexter. Her level production at the forward spot requires urgent adjustments from defenses. Avery can be a dominant inside & out scorer that offenses can revolve around, but she also can fill a role when the time calls for it. Defense is where Bollin brings astounding value. There's not much she can't do; she gets out to challenge guards in pick & roll coverage plus she holds down the paint. One thing that stands out is how many shot deflections that get kept alive with her vertical challenges. Bollin comes from a big basketball family and there's no surprise she's found a ton of success early on. There're not any girls in the class with such high major offers at the moment, so that should speak to her stature.

Olivia is in recovery right now after having surgery earlier in the season. Although her first season as a transfer was cut short, she's in great spirits and excited to get back.

Breen is a Maine native that has been making a name for herself for a while now in the most Northern state of the region. Olivia has much so that she had the opportunity to take her game out West to play at a powerhouse school. Olivia's combination of shooting, weakside rebounding and skilled footwork make her a tough cover. She's featured in a ton of high post action due to this agility under the 3-pointline. She'll take advantage of too small players with her size, but out-skill the bigger players. Breen has a bunch of essential moves that she uses to craft scoring opportunities for herself. The defense shown from her is quite underrated as well. The length can pose lot of problems for opposing offensive players. It'll be exciting to see Olivia when she returns back to action, but there's no mistake that she's still at the top of the class.

[player_tooltip player_id='1217935' first='Jaliah' last='Duplessy'] (2029) | SF | Brimmer & May

Duplessy has been on a roll this year. There're not many 8th graders winning League MVP honors or taking home a championship this early in their career, but Jaliah is doing exactly this. For these reasons, she's been heavily featured lately. The '29 wing is an aggressive attacker with a lot of counters that make her tough to matchup with individually. She requires extra attention and that just opens up things for teammates through the course of the game. The physicality played with make it hard to believe how young she is. This skilled labor naturally creates opportunities for shooters of any cutters getting to the basket. On the other side of the ball, she's a fine player too. Her defense is immune to a lot of moves in the lane; she just soaks up the contact and is able to make plays on the ball as she slows drivers down. The Brimmer wing also does a good job at staying attached to the hip. Altogether, there's not much more to ask from the young bubbling star. She's the #3 ranked player in the class.

[player_tooltip player_id='1217907' first='Jali' last='Eason'] (2029) | CG

Jali is an incredibly dynamic attacking force that has a very high celling. Still raw in some areas, but remarkably sensational in other areas. She understands space and timing, so her crafted drives to the basket look one of a kind. Her handle is well put together, making this an emphatic part of her game. Eason's first step is lethal; an initial move from her off the catch can be dangerous for any defender not accustomed to staying low. If Jali gets a player off balance, she knows exactly what to do from there. Her natural ability plus upper-class athleticism keeps her soaring above of a lot of the competition. She's currently the #4th ranked player in the class.

[player_tooltip player_id='1217992' first='Nicolette' last='Hayes'] (2029) | CG | Bellingham

This may very well be the highest producing player on the high school level in the class. She's the lead player on her Bellingham squad and has got them great seeding this year within the postseason. It's hard to imagine an 8th grader lighting it up on the big stage against some of the best talent in the entire region, but that's precisely what Hayes has been doing. She sports a very nice long-distance shot, puts the ball on the floor impressively for someone her age and isn't afraid to make daring plays. Nicolette utilizes the space on the floor well and her tendency to mix it up keeps defenders guessing at all times. Not only can she shoot from extreme range, but she also can knock down the midrange, as well as having the mastered skill of finishing with both hands at the rim. The '29 guard has even become proficient in floaters, providing the secondary defenders with yet another quality look in the lane. The essential playmaking attributes Hayes already possesses gives grounds to the high-ranking. Hayes is listed as #5 ranked player in the class.
