2028 Rankings: Young Playmakers Throughout

For Hoffman, it starts with decision making and ends with smoking nets.   The young guard can think on her feet and flat out shoot the ball. She does so with a point guard's mentality. Hoffmann is a point guard first. She handles the ball well, she has great court vision, and has great basketball IQ.  She constantly makes decisions that are predicated on what the defense does.   She also makes decisions based on the actions of her teammates.
