[player_tooltip player_id='708144' first='Jocelyn' last='Hoffmann'] (cover photo) immediately comes to mind when writing about young playmakers in the 2028 class. For Hoffman, it starts with decision making and ends with smoking nets. The young guard can think on her feet and flat out shoot the ball. She does so with a point guard's mentality. Hoffmann is a point guard first. She handles the ball well, she has great court vision, and has great basketball IQ. She constantly makes decisions that are predicated on what the defense does. She also makes decisions based on the actions of her teammates. She puts them in a position to succeed which is what a playmaking point guard does.

[player_tooltip player_id='515001' first='Jorrdann' last='Sibley'] is a young player that put the State on notice in the State playoffs. NFEI came in with a “sling shot” mentality and made a gallant effort to take down “Goliath” and [player_tooltip player_id='243895' first='Lena' last='Girardi']. Sibley plays with heart and the opposing coach complimented her and her team's effort they play with. Sibley can get to the rim and she can score. Her selfless play shows up on both sides of the ball and she does a good job of drawing the defense and dishing to teammates. The young Sibley also has charisma and sauce, and is an exciting young play maker to watch.

[player_tooltip player_id='1100922' first='Keeley' last='Mosley'] is a young player you will here more about in the upcoming seasons. The young guard has the “it” factor and has the game to go with it. Mosley can shoot the three and has a solid rip to the midrange as well. She is a solid leader on the floor. She has a high basketball IQ and her decision making is good on the floor. She has the ability to run the point and also get her teammates involved as well.

[player_tooltip player_id='1125056' first='Jazziel' last='Smokes'] was impressive at last year's Christmas tournament in Wesley Chaple. Her effort on the court was infectious and she had the ability to lift up her team with her effort alone. Put this in your pipe - her coach praised her and said if he had 5 more Smokes he wouldn't have to coach as hard. Her efforts were noticed and she was the same on both sides of the ball.

[player_tooltip player_id='987751' first='Saige' last='Grace'] is a young player who caught our attention at the PGH Expo. Grace is smooth and graceful and knows how to score the ball. She has a nice jumper and runs the floor well. Her ability to read the defense was impressive. She showed a good understanding of playing in the moment as well.
