[player_tooltip player_id='1225856' first='Hailey' last=''] Becker is a "glue" type prospect. Someone that is going to keep the team together with a positive attitude and a lot of energy. She is always willing to sacrifice her body for the sake of the team without any questions asked. As it pertains to her skill-set, Becker is a SF with solid situational awareness down-low. She isn't someone that is going to be the tallest or the most physical but she is willing to bump anyone that comes into her space to let them know that she is in the area. She does a good job of communicating any action that is happening around her and that helps her teammates know what is happening at all times. [program_tooltip program_id='712375' first='All' last='in'] all, every team needs a hard worker that keeps everyone mentally locked in and that's [player_tooltip player_id='1225856' first='Hailey' last=''] Becker for her [program_tooltip program_id='715980' first='Team' last='Iowa'] 17U program.

This weekend is going to start off an important AAU season for [player_tooltip player_id='1143194' first='Sira' last='Doumbia'] of CR - Washington High School. Doumbia is a 6'3 Center with natural height and physicality to write about. She is someone that is able and willing to defend inside the paint or out at the three point line, all while being a force to be reckoned with offensively. There is not going to be many situations where Doumbia is the smaller Center or Forward on the floor. At all times, she is usually the tallest and that advantage is going to help [program_tooltip program_id='715980' first='Team' last='Iowa'] 2027 throughout these next few months with her presence inside.

Riley Fazenbaker is someone to watch this weekend in Milwaukee with her [program_tooltip program_id='713319' first='Southern' last='Illinois Hawks'] program. Fazenbaker is a 5'10 CG that can move between the SG and SF position. She is a lefty with a fundamental shooting stroke from deep, she has a balanced stance in whatever she is attempting to do, and she is also willing to mix it up and produce near the hoop as well - displaying her willingness to adapt. When a prospect does something really well, it's always a curious thing to see if they will demonstrate their entire arsenal and Fazenbaker does that. She always mixes it up and that makes her a tougher individual to stick in front of. This is definitely someone with length to keep an eye on this weekend in Milwaukee.

I have recently been digging to evaluate [player_tooltip player_id='1060063' first='Kinley' last='Birt'] of Central DeWitt from this past season and I think she brings a lot of positives to the hardwood. Birt is not the one to kill you with fancy moves or a 40 point outing, instead she keeps to herself and makes calculated choices that usually lead to an open attempt by herself at the hoop or by a fellow teammate when defense attempts to over-help. She can also set up her team's offense and control the pace-of-play throughout the entire duration of a contest if she so chooses. Defensively, Birt gets after it. She doesn't take no for an answer and she always seems to be creating tips, deflections, and eventually - turnovers. Again, Birt might not score 40-50 in any specific contest but she makes her mark whenever she laces up her kicks and I imagine that will be the same case yet again this weekend on the road.

Devin Ludwig comes to us as a prospect that is a little "newer" on the travel scene but she is someone that you might want to know going into this weekend. Ludwig competes for Independence High School in Iowa and she is looking to display her talents on more of a national spotlight this AAU season with her Iowa BallStars program. From an outside perspective, Ludwig is a gamer. Someone that is willing to do the dirty work and not take any of the credit. Instead, she wants to just keep things moving. She isn't the type to sit back and admire her work. If she happens to make some smart plays in important moments, she doesn't think twice about it. Something other young prospects could learn from. At the collegiate level, you don't have time to do that so it's nice to see someone at the high school level demonstrate that. There is still a lot of room to grow here but I do like what I've seen out of Ludwig up until this point in her career.
