Reese is the definition of what a rising star is. Her performance this weekend was beyond striking. An absolute gem to watch that offers a nice blend of length, athleticism and agility from the guard position. Jeamel has some sensational attributes that're quite distinguishing. Her effect on the game was immense as she craved up defenses with staggering attacks. Her natural ability to be impactful has her as a '28 player to watch from here on out.

[player_tooltip player_id='1246633' first='Sarika' last='Agarwalla'] (2028) | CG | NE Storm

Sarika was such a steady force for her squad. The Storm guard was the ideal option for kickouts and she was also a sublime distributor. Agarwalla's connective passes helped the offense flow properly. Not only productive on offense though, but Sarika is also a high IQ defender that understands how to be a helpful in the team's schematics. She's usually in the proper space to be the right asset for teammates.

Arnold packs a big punch and was an instant impact player over the weekend. Her innate creation ability makes different levels of the defense react swiftly to her moves. This just opens things up for teammates as her progressions advance. She has a large tool bag with so many counters for strict defenders that want to crowd her.

Ella brought a vast skillset to the weekend's games. The '26 versatile guard was successfully getting to her spots and was relentless attacking defenders off the bounce. Not only that, but Trefethen was a reliable perimeter outlet too as the ball was spread around on offense. What stood out was the determination she had getting into the paint though. Ella isn't afraid of the physicality from those grueling, rugged defenders.

Kritina Dallas (2029) | 6'3 C | Boston Showstoppers

What's not to love about Dallas' game? The 6'3 big covers a lot of ground in little time defensively, shortening the court for opposing players. Kristina is also a verse offensive player; she has some go-to moves that are thoroughly punishing, a rare skill for someone her age. Most post players in her class aren't as developed underneath the rim. Dallas is quite nimble and knows how to command space while sporting a very nice touch too.

[player_tooltip player_id='967279' first='Gyselle' last='Mairs'] (2027) | 5'6 PG | Team Prov

It's been about a year now of raving about Mairs now and for good reason. She's regularly outperforming at tournaments while being pleasant on the eyes, catching many eyes with her delightful game. There's never a dull moment watching Mairs go to work. It's marvelous watching how graceful, yet powerful she can be controlling the ball.

This past weekend Gyselle showed out yet again, demonstrating that dynamic ability plus next level quickness that makes her a 2-way threat. Mairs doesn't fade away in games either. The '27 pg was outright sturdy through the entirety of the game. She was ready to play from the minute she touched the floor too. There wasn't a play taken off and was also able to fight through adversity. High-energy and resilience are just a few more characteristics that can be added to her description.

[player_tooltip player_id='1246634' first='Sabrina' last='Vesey'] (2029) | PG | 2029

Theres not many 2029 players that could last on the floor for significant minutes against 17u, nevermind being highly productive. Vesey looked like one of the brightest young prospects around, even commanding looks from next level coaches. Sabrina is certainly a player to know from this point forward.

This weekend she was dazzling and an absolute difference maker for BCRI when she was playing up. Sabrina led the team in assists in both games. The first game her stats were remarkable; 16 pts, 7 ast, plus 4 stl. She has a nice feel for the game even though she's young. The '29 pg seemingly has a knack for making the defense pay. Vesey carves lanes for self, requiring the help to step up and capitalizing on the mistakes from those guarding her. Too much space and she'll take the open shot, but if crowed, she's certain to blow by them swiftly. She makes fair assessments on the fly and evenly distributes the ball around the court. What really stands out about Sabrina's game though is the explosion getting to the rim; Vesey turns on the jets quickly, blowing by initial defenders in a heartbeat. Not only an offensive threat, but she also moves her feet exceptionally well and can keep up with just about anyone on the floor. In addition, her lateral quickness is enough to make any defensive enthusiast do a doubletake. This is one of the more impressive 8th graders watched this AAU season.

Although Walker may be the smallest player on the floor, she has the heart of a lion. Each time watching her, she's displayed a certain toughness and assertiveness needed to negate any height factor. She's a menacing competitor that plays both sides of the ball vigorously while also providing stable shot-making ability. Talya will take the open shots as well as create some nice looks for herself off the dribble. The '26 guard is daring and fun to watch go to battle.
