The past few days I locked in and studied some Spring film of prospect from around the Midwest. Here are my unfiltered, fast-hand, live notes that I took about each player while watching.

Thanks for tuning in and enjoy!

[player_tooltip player_id='777230' first='Halle' last='Clark'] - 2027 - SE Polk (SE)

"Clark will be vital to SE Polk's process this upcoming season at the Varsity level. Crafty guard with nice versatility and adaptability. She understands the assignment and goes to work. Very coordinated once she gets into the teeth of the defense with her ability to score or facilitate for others. When SE Polk wins this season, Clark WILL be main factor in that equation."

Addy Bratt - 2027 - Elkhorn North (NE)

"Next level shooter. She has the ability to score at all levels but definitely most comfortable from behind the three point line. Can get downhill and finish throughout contact or without. Doesn't have a bunch of wasted motion on her movement and she is always ready to shoot with her hands loaded and feet ready to step in. Bratt checks off a lot of boxes needed to compete at the next level one day."

[player_tooltip player_id='985174' first='Ellie' last='Leuschen'] - 2028 - Millard South (NE)

"A righty with a great feel for the game. Though Leuschen is a righty, she favors going left and finishing left at the bucket. That is somewhat an odd combination as it is not natural so you know that she has some depth to her game. A beast on defense when motivated. Gets tips and deflections on the ball each contest and stands out as someone on your team who can guard the oppositions best offensive weapon."

[player_tooltip player_id='985175' first='Haley' last='Kress'] - 2028 - Millard South (NE)

"Overall a well rounded prospect for her age. She doesn't seem to favor one certain way of scoring or assisting, just takes what the defense is giving to her. She can beat you in transition for a bucket or assist, shoot three's off the catch, or drive and dish within the half court offense. Defensively, holds her own. Active hands and quick feet give her an advantage in some situations, just depends how she is feeling that day."

[player_tooltip player_id='923921' first='Alisa' last='Pins'] - 2027 - Urbandale (IA)

"I respect the Spring season that [player_tooltip player_id='923921' first='Alisa' last='Pins'] has put together when she is out on the floor. She plays the game the correct way and is very fundamental in her gaming style. She doesn't get sped up or slowed down, instead stays even keel and makes the opponent react to her - in whatever she might be attempting to do. Pins should eat at Urbandale for her Junior season this Winter. She is the only one who can stop herself so as long as she is confident - she should thrive."
