Every year, players experience breakout seasons under various circumstances. Today, I'd like to highlight a few kids who may not be on anyone's radar but could make an impression in the 2025-26 season, which still feels insane to type out.

The Notre Dame forward is a kid who impressed me at the scholastic live period almost a year ago. She transferred from Lincoln, and I thought she could have been a prominent rotational kid quickly for the Tritons, but it took a while, which is ok. Breese is a 6'0 forward who can be physical around the basket and knock down shots from the perimeter. Now, as a junior, Breese could help create some massive lineups for the Tritons and give them some versatility because of her skillset on the offensive end and her fit next to their other talented kids.

[player_tooltip player_id='533085' first='Bella' last='Klages']

After a Big Ten talent leaves a high school program, there is a void. Klages could be a kid who takes on a more prominent role and finds more ways to help Hartford win games. The Oriole has been a guard depending on lineups and has thrived as a creator. However, Klages will likely have more of a scoring mindset in her senior season. Klages has been a kid who can score around the rim and often drives to post up, but she could be a kid who excels in her final season of high school basketball.

[player_tooltip player_id='889690' first='Mylee' last='Redman']

The Laconia incoming sophomore played JV basketball last season, but there is a world where she becomes the 2nd most threatening offensive talent on their roster. Redman has impressed on the offensive end of the floor with her [program_tooltip program_id='713038' first='Wisconsin' last='Blaze'] unit this spring. She's scored on all three levels and looked confident with the ball in her hands. Especially with the amount of talent that left the Spartans this season, Redman could be a kid to watch.

[player_tooltip player_id='992511' first='Quinn' last='Lodes']

Lodes played her best basketball to end her first high school season. The Kettle Moraine guard played with one of the most productive and veteran-led backcourts in Southeast Wisconsin. Lodes showed flashes of being a kid who can make things happen while playing a secondary role in the Laser backcourt. Now that the senior class is gone, Lodes could earn the responsibility of being a higher-usage guard. She's played well when I've seen her this spring and has improved over the past 12 months.
