The end of the regular season is rapidly approaching so I am taking the next few articles to recognize some of the awesome milestones that have been achieved, this season, before we get into covering tournament play. Here is part 2:

The Badger commit, finalist for Ms. Basketball, and McDonald's All-American nominee recently went over 2,000 career points to go along with 1,000 rebounds. For the season, Nordin is averaging 26 ppg, 13 rpg, 2.7 apg, and 4 steals per game as the Hawks earned the #1 seed in Sectional 1B.

[player_tooltip player_id='914910' first='Addison' last='Schmidt']-Rice Lake

The 6-2 junior went over the 1,000 point mark in a January 28th game vs. Menomonie in which she set a career high with 34 points to go along with 22 rebounds and 4 blocks. The Warriors sit at 20-3 and have the #1 seed in Sectional 1 as they look to return to the Resch Center in a few weeks.

[player_tooltip player_id='842221' first='Melaina' last='Granquist']-Wittenberg-Birnamwood

The 5-11 Western Illinois commit, already a member of the 1,000 point club, recently grabbed her 1,000 rebound in a January 27th game against Weyauwega-Fremont. She also has an outside shot to hit 2,000 points, with a deep tournament run, sitting about 200 short as the 17-5 Chargers sit with a #1 seed in D3 Sectional 1.

[player_tooltip player_id='400915' first='Mikaia' last='Litza']-Wauwatosa East

Tosa East, last season's Divison 2 champion has made a seamless jump, to the D1 world, sitting at 23-0 and the betting favorite for the state title. A huge reason for that is the play of the 5-8 DePaul commit Litza. She hit the 1,000 point mark, in her junior year, scoring 1,276 coming into her final season with the Red Raiders where she also became their single season and career leader in assists. For the season she is averaging 17.8 ppg, 5.1 rpg, 6.8 apg, 2.5 spg while shooting 60% from the floor, 37% from three, and 79% from the free-throw line.
