NCBCA: Western NC 2027s

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>NCBCA hosted their live team camp this week, and I was able to catch day 2 of the event.  We've already talked about some of the 2027 ball handlers that stood out to me, so let's look at some more 2027's from the western part of the state.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:acf/evaluation-block handling the ball and directing her teammates from the top of the key.  She can make the defense shift with the way she gets into the paint.  She runs the floor well being able to score in transition whether she brings it all the way up herself or scores off the pass.  She knows how to attack the gaps making the defense collapse setting her teammate up for the shot around the perimeter.  She had some tough on ball defense, too, leading to turnovers.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block --> <!-- wp:acf/evaluation-block ball handling and height to get to the rim making it off the glass as she attacked the basket herself.  She gets inside for rebounds on both ends of the court putting it right back up from offensive floor well and battles against anyone on the block.  She executes plays, especially on in bounds plays to come off the screen and get the pass.  Her ability to rebound is definitely an asset on both versatile on the court handling the ball and whipping the pass to her teammates or setting herself up for the bucket inside.  She does whatever it takes to gain the possession including diving on the floor for the loose ball.  She uses her body to create some space and protect the ball right before she elevates up and over her defender to score the bucket.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!--
