[player_tooltip player_id='502091' first='Adalyn' last='Long'] received one of her first college offers last week when Coe out of Cedar Rapids stepped up to give her a chance. Long and Coe both are coming off of impressive seasons. Long as a prospect did what she could for her Junior year at Washington, making her impact on each contest on both sides of the ball as a SG/PG. While Coe did a fantastic job throughout the season, eventually losing in their conference championship to Wartburg. I like this option for Long right now. Coe has some offers out there to some solid producers and now Long is in that conversation.

It might not seem like it but [player_tooltip player_id='1060063' first='Kinley' last='Birt'] of Central DeWitt High School picked up another offer a few days ago when she took an official visit to St. Ambrose out of the Quad Cities. This ins't Birt's first offer and it won't be her last. This is someone that is wirey. She is really strong for her size and she plays the game the right way. Offensively, she is always willing to pass the rock for a better look but she is also very coordinated in her ability to score. At Central DeWitt this Winter, Birt is going to be looked at as the big dawg on campus so she will have ample opportunity to show her what she can really do before graduating.

Hasting has been offering a lot of promising 2026's and 2027's out of Nebraska the past few months during the Spring AAU season. Everyone they are offering can play at their competition level in some capacity. As of this morning, [player_tooltip player_id='758994' first='Abbi' last='Durow'] of Millard South was the most recent player to grab an offer from the NAIA program. Durow is coming off of a rememberable Winter. She put up some eye-catching numbers throughout the season and that's rolled over into this Spring AAU season. Durow is going to be Millard South's main producer this Winter. She possesses all the intangibles to put together a great Senior season. Now she just has to go out and do it.

One of the biggest stock-risers that the state of Nebraska has seen this past six months is SG/CG, [player_tooltip player_id='936712' first='McCardyn' last='King'] of Westview. King is someone that makes it happen. She has the "it" factor and that has been evident for awhile now. It doesn't matter if her time, space, or situation is limited. She usually makes it work and she usually makes it look easy. Most recently King received an offer from Hasting College and Iowa Western. These are a few more opportunities to add to her pile that is continuing to stack. I don't have a beat on where McCardyn might land but whoever is getting her, is getting someone with a high motor and a lot of future potential.

[player_tooltip player_id='777232' first='Melina' last='Snoozy'] grabbed another Division-1 offer when Nebraska offered her earlier on Friday morning. Snoozy, who is a 5'11 CG/SG, is going to be a weapon at the next level no matter where she plays. With her catch-and-shoot ability from deep, she is lethal at scoring at every offensive level and that's going to get her on the floor. It helps that she also stands right around 6'0 and she can dominant with her size near the bucket as well. I'd love to see Snoozy commit close to home but we will just have to wait and see!
