In this article, we spotlight several prospects from various classes. These players have been dynamic play makers since Day- One. From the moment they stepped on the floor, they've played with poise, purpose, and precision. Whether creating opportunities off the dribble, threading the needle with a pass, or making the extra play that leads to a bucket, these prospects showed an advanced feel for the game. They took over games when the moment called for it, but just as often, they elevated their teammates. Over the summer, they led with unselfishness, vision, and command. Make no mistake—this didn't just happen overnight. They've been wired to make plays since they first stepped onto the scene.

[player_tooltip player_id='1261851' first='Shea' last='Donovan'] is a talented young basketball player. She caught out attention at the FAC showcase in Gainesville and again at the UNF team camp. The athleticism and explosiveness jumps off the page. She has good speed and good change of direction and she pushes the ball with the dribble and vertical pass. She has the ability to maneuver through the defense and get into the paint and do damage with a nice float game. The young guard can also shoot the midrange as well as the three ball. Even with her scoring ability, she is a playmaker. Donovan makes sure she gets the ball to talented shooters Crawley and Deegan. She definitely has something special and she jumped off the page on Day 1.

[player_tooltip player_id='727591' first='Jaiden' last='Peterson'] (cover) is one of the toughest young guards out there and she made an impress Ion the first time I saw her at the National Championship tournament in Orlando. The young guard left opponents in the dusk with her speed and her basketball skills were superior to her peers. Peterson has continued to be a step above the rest and her speed, scoring ability, and basketball IQ are the characteristics of an elite guard. Peterson can shoot the three ball. She is evasive in the transition game and is able to finish at the rim with craftiness and consistency. Some of the finishes are hilight reels and hard to comprehend. Peterson has been “that player” since Day 1 and her performance this past travel season was not miraculous- it' was expected and she delivered.

Ameera Kone burst on the scene and was clearly a playmaker with elite skills. She dominated the Freshman Expo showing a shooting touch and confidence beyond her years. Kone' has excelled in a lot of ball situations since then and clearly has shown her ability to adapt with changes. She has shared the spotlight and has dominated it at times over the past few seasons. Her game is as versatile as anyone's with her ability to play at the point or off the ball at the 2 or 3. Kone can get to the rim, stop and pop in the mid range, shoot the three with great consistency, or bang inside for rebounds and buckets in the paint. It's no surprise that she is at an elite level as she enters her Junior season in a few months- she has been elite since Day 1 when she blew the top off of the Freshman Expose.

[player_tooltip player_id='400818' first='Kennedi' last='Tatum'] just received her first offer along with her sister Londyn. No surprises - the young Tatum has been on that projectory since the moment she stepped onto a high school court and started collecting signature “Ws” while just in the 7th grade. She helped her team get to the State Championship while still officially a middle schooler. Tatum brings tons to the table: athleticism, experience, a nice outside shot, a potent midrange, and an high basketball IQ. Tatum is coming off of an all-tournament performance in Louisville, but that was to be expected. She is use to the big moments and the accolades that come with it. She has been there and done that since Day 1.

Jordann Sibley has been impressive since the very first time she stepped on the court. She's a young player with a rare blend of flair and substance. Sibley is athletic, fast, creative, and plays with a high basketball IQ. She's a key component of her team's success, helping lead them to the state playoff championship. In transition, she's dangerous—able to score or deliver the right pass. What stands out most is her energy, hustle, and consistent production. She's been that way since day one—making an impact every time she touches the floor.
