Put That On Repeat: North Lincoln Edition

North Lincoln made it to the Final Four last year with an impressive team that certainly caught the eyes of many women's basketball fans. What was exciting for me was that one senior contributor graduated last season, so the Knights are poised to make another deep run if these athletes continue to perform at a high level for them.    [player_tooltip player_id='832253' first='Ashlyn' last='Black'] is a crafty player being a ball hawk gaining the possession on defense by jumping in front of passing lanes and diving after loose balls. Her steals quickly turn to fast breaks going the other end knowing how to create some space. She can knock down shots from deep with ease, and she's tough attacking the basket going up against anyone who tries to stand in her way.     [player_tooltip player_id='832257' first='Ally' last='Smith'] is another athlete whose phone has certainly been ringing from college coaches. Not only does she have talent to perform well each time she steps on the court, but she maintains the right composure throughout each game knowing exactly how to make the right play. She's an excellent ball handler facilitating offensive sets knowing how to create open lanes for her and her teammates. She's a sharp shooter from deep, too, making her a multi-level threat. On defense, she's effective using her IQ to jump in front of passing lanes to grab steals.     [player_tooltip player_id='832255' first='Addison' last='Grice'] is definitely an asset in the paint. She's a strong rebounder on both ends, and she knows exactly how to use offensive boards quickly. Her footwork is sure to lose defenders as she scores off the glass. She moves well without the ball knowing when and how to make her cuts to get to the opening.     [player_tooltip player_id='1230300' first='Lydia' last='Cipriano'] came right in as a freshman ready to contribute. Her height helps her be an asset all over the court. She's quick on her feet being able to close out around the perimeter blocking shots on defense. On the other end, she can elevate over her opponents knocking down her shot from deep, and she's patient letting plays develop when handling the ball at the top of the key.
