She did a good job setting the defender up to score off the dribble, slight HEZ or deceptive first step worked, but her court vision both off the dribble as well as in the set looked good. Well, the state has been loaded since I first started paying attention over 20 years ago, and Coulter at 5'5 was another #sizedontmatter player who brought heat on both ends. Her defense "on the ball" was smothering at times and helped to create turnovers.
