Spirit Lake will once again rely on 2026 - [player_tooltip player_id='560334' first='Claire' last='Turner'] this upcoming season for most of their production but someone to note coming into this roster is [player_tooltip player_id='1240853' first='Clara' last='Petty']. Petty will only being a Freshman coming in but she is already 5'10 with basic skill and fundamentals. With Turners ability to create and facilitate, if Petty gets a chance at the varsity level, she should find a decent amount of opportunities. If not, she will stay prepared and continue to work so when her number is eventually called, she is ready to ride.

We haven't spoken about 2029 - [player_tooltip player_id='1226071' first='Eden' last='Horn'] of St. Edmond Catholic High School out of Fort Dodge, Iowa. Horn steps into high school at 6'3, making her one of the tallest prospects in the state of Iowa only behind a few others. You can't teach height and Horn is the definition of that. She has a lot of future promise in athletics with the right guidance and consistency the next few years. She just needs to stay locked in on getting 1% better every day. If she does that, the rest will be history in a heartbeat.

[player_tooltip player_id='1226370' first='Hadley' last='Kearns'] of CPU High School should see some varsity minutes this first season at the high school level with her combination of height at 5'10, her soft touch on the ball, and her simple play-style. Kearns isn't trying to wow the crowd or make any crazy moves. Instead, she uses her length to her advantage whenever plausible and she is always willing to adapt in real time to make something positive happen. Kearns is coming off of a nice AAU season with her [program_tooltip program_id='715980' first='Team' last='Iowa'] program out of Cedar Rapids. If she can build on that momentum, she should put up respectable numbers during Year 1 of her high school campaign.

We have hyped up [player_tooltip player_id='957838' first='Presley' last='Prill'] of West Burlington multiple times over the year but now it's time for Prill to show everyone what she can really do. WB will return a few guards with noteworthy resumes but Prill is going to be new to the scene. It might take her a few games to get her feet wet, per se but I don't think so. This is a three level scoring CG with a shifty handle, an act for being in the right place when things break down, and she seems to possess the clutch factor. When her team needs a play to be made, she is the one they look too. She will have less pressure for her Freshman year with having some other hoopers around her but after that, it's going to be all Prill for the foreseeable future so hopefully she starts things off right.
