[player_tooltip player_id='833953' first='Callie' last='Hales'] has been very good the past eight months on the road and she is looking to build off of that momentum this Upcoming Winter at Gilbert High School. When Hales limits her turnovers, she is very good as a leader at the PG position. She does everything that is asked of her in the terms of controlling pace of play, getting everyone around her orchestrated in their spots, and running her team's systems on both sides of the ball. She plays with an aggressive edge and she isn't afraid to use her physicality to get where she wants to go when someone else is happening to pressure her. All in all, Hales is a Dawg and I can't wait to see what she does for her Junior campaign.

[player_tooltip player_id='909494' first='Emma' last='Walkup'] is the definition of a Scoring Guard. Walkup plays with a lot of swag. She is very smooth in everything she does out on the floor. She moves effortlessly with the ball and that helps her kill her individual matchups. I haven't seen many that can stay in-front of Walkup in the open court once she gets downhill. She is just too crafty for only one player to defend so opposing teams usually bring help with another defender in some form. We should see Walkup put up big numbers this Winter. She is going to be someone who is going to be looked upon to make a lot of buckets so if she can take care of businesses, we should hear about her more and more.

We don't know where [player_tooltip player_id='833954' first='Claire' last='Storhoff'] is going to end up just yet for her collegiate future but she will have some options. Storhoff is someone that jumps off the page with her playmaking ability when the ball is in her possession. She doesn't try to overcomplicate things and she doesn't try to force unneeded action that could lead to trouble. Instead, she takes what the defense gives her and that helps her standout as a top-notch producer. If you are a college coach looking for someone that plays with a chip on her shoulder but is still super calculated - look no further than Storhoff. She can GO. There is no doubt about that.

[player_tooltip player_id='863281' first='Hallie' last='Vander Weerdt'] ended her AAU season this Summer due to injury but that doesn't change the fact that she is a Dawg within our Top 50 still. Vander Weerdt, a 6'1 Forward, received her first D1 offer prior to falling to injury. This offer came from UNI and speaks to the promise that Vander Weerdt has as a competitor. She is a prospect that moves really well for being 6'1. Those two things combined can take you a lot of places and when you add her coordination, soft touch, and knowledge of the game - you really start to see where UNI is coming from. I'm not sure that Vander Weerdt will make it back this Winter high school season but if not, she will be ready to roll come AAU Spring 2026.
