[player_tooltip player_id='886240' first='Kiersten' last='TeBockhorst'] should be a constant this Winter at Independence High School with how talented she is. TeBockhorst is a natural at the guard position. She can lead the offense with her savvy-ness or she can pass the ball and move into space within her system. It doesn't matter where she is located, she is talented enough to be able to handle anything thrown her way but she really does thrive from the PG position. With the competition level she will face over the next eight months, I'm sure K.T. will put up some numbers before you know it this Winter. She just has to stay hungry.

A name that many might not know, who I'd definitely keep an eye on moving into this Winter is [player_tooltip player_id='1268679' first='Mauve' last='Ryan'] of CB - St. Albert's High School. Ryan is a fast guard with a smart head on her shoulders. She takes after her sister in being a play-maker and someone that can make an instant impact within a team's system when used in the correct ways. Ryan should see JV minutes as a Freshman this Winter and maybe even some Varsity bench time. It's going to be tough to see the Varsity floor consistently for any Freshman coming in with the Saints coming off of a 1A State Title and returning basically everyone on roster. You don't need to reinvent the wheel so if they just take care of business like last Winter, they should be in a favorable spot to go back2back but we will see.

It's going to take a few years but we will see [player_tooltip player_id='1224390' first='Natalia' last='Sandoval'] as the PG of the future for Ankeny Centennial High School depending on her development. Sandoval would be categorized as a smaller PG but she holds her own. She understands as a creator that she has to be craft with her footwork and overall game-play depending on the situation. Sandoval is a leader when she is bringing the rock down the floor. She can run offense, she can move around and get her players set up, all while being someone that can make something happen herself when her team's system might break down. There is a lot to like here. If Sandoval keeps progressing over-time, we are sure to see her on the Varsity floor sooner, rather than later!

[player_tooltip player_id='1170537' first='Blake' last='Goldsmith'] is going to have a chance to average a double-double over her career with Ottumwa High School. Goldsmith is going to have the privilege of playing off of their 2029 Center - [player_tooltip player_id='1169794' first='Emma' last='Ryder'] in the middle. When you look at Ottumwa's upcoming roster, you see that they will start 6'0 and 6'2 as their 4 and 5 in the paint. These two are going to be a handful for anyone that might cross them. No matter who it might be. With Goldsmith's combination of size, physicality, and willingness to mix it up with anyone in her way - she is going to help dominate over the next four years. Their system just has to include these two in every aspect and the rest will be history.

[player_tooltip player_id='880919' first='Faith' last='Perpich'] has shown promise over her middle school career and she is ready to make a different with Ankeny Centennial at the high school ranks over her next four years. Perpich might not kill you with fancy moves out of no where but she makes a different with her calm demeanor and simple ability to convert or defend on either end. Right now she can move between the 1 and the 2 spot, producing at either for her team. At the high school level, that shouldn't change. Perpich should make the most of her opportunities over the next few years. If she stays determined, she should be a player that the Jaguars can look to in desperate times in the future.
