[player_tooltip player_id='936712' first='McCardyn' last='King'] just announced via social media that she will be competing this last high school season at a prep school out of Florida. King was Westview High School's top dawg from a year ago. If we know anything about this prospect, we know that King makes a difference with her play-style, no matter what floor she is on. It doesn't matter if that's high school or on the road against some tough competition. With this move, I think King could make the most of it and become even better than she was before. She will be playing with more diverse prospects around her and that is going to help her get better in her off-time when they practice and compete. We will continue to keep tabs on King over the next eight months. As long as she gets in front of the right eyes, she should be committed to compete at the next level before you know it.

The Arizona State Sun Devils locked in a couple top 2026's the other day. One of those 2026's being [player_tooltip player_id='509225' first='Averie' last='Lower'] of CCA High School and North Tartan EYBL AAU. Lower is the definition of a knock-down shooter. If she is given any space from behind the three point line, it's usually going to be a good shot or it's at least going to look like it out of her hands on the release. Lower can also handle a little bit, defend, and rebound but her best ability by far is letting it fly. This is someone that should get the Kyle Korver treatment in College. Every time she set's a screen, she gets four in return and with that type of system - Lower would be able to thrive at a such a high rate. I'm not sure if the Sun Devils will look to play her early on in her career but if she shows her worth on the practice court, it's going to be hard to keep her from receiving impactful minutes almost right away.

J.K.J has recently committed to D2 - Missouri Western to continue on her basketball journey following this Winter at Johnston High School. This is a big get for this program as Kinnetz is someone that could make an instant impact at the D2 level with her mixture of athletic ability, skill, and aggressive demeanor. She is going to be looking to make her mark as soon as she steps onto campus and I wouldn't be shocked if that was the case. This is a situation where Kinnetz might play almost right away but we will see. She has a shifty handle, an understanding of how to kill her individual matchup, and a willingness to becoming the best version of herself at all times. If she stays dedicated like that, who knows what should might end up doing over the rest of her career.

Stevie Harley is now out of the state of Nebraska and she is ready to make her mark in her new high school program. Harley might not be out of the Midwest anymore but she is still a 2028 to know of moving into the future. She is currently coming off of a successful EYBL AAU season with her Team Durant program and she is looking to build off of that momentum in her next adventure in a new state. Harley has a nice mixture of height, touch, coordination, athletic ability, and adaptability. With steady progression over the next 2-3 years, we could see her turn into a D1 prospect, that several collegiate programs will have interest in prior to her future commitment.
