2029 Talent Showcased at The Tennessee Expo

What I love about an event like this is that not only are vets (seniors and juniors) staking a claim for who they are, but also seeing new young pups come into the fold. The 2029 class came out in full force, and it was good to see them go toe-to-toe with some vets who have established themselves on Tennessee hardwoods.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>I learned that these 2029s may be new to the scene, but they are willing to compete. You could see girls battling, doing little things to stand out. These kids were hungry for attention, but also showed that the next wave of Tennessee kids is here to stay and make an impact. Has a nice, quick first step to complement her bag of handles, which enable her to attack downhill effectively. Her defense also stands out as she is willing to turn a PG, creating havoc, making it difficult to operate. Has great foot speed and can hurt opponents in multiple ways. Look for her to help the Lady Tigers' ball club out. She's a tough competitor who is willing to do whatever it takes to win that possession.
