<p class="text-gray-700">Lee heads into her senior season as one of the top returning scorers in the Sunflower State. She scored 574 points in 24 games last season, good for an average of 23.9 points per contest. She is ranked No. 1 overall in the Kasnas Class of 2026. She shot 46 percent from the field last season and 39 percent from 3-point distance. She will be looking to have a huge senior season for the Eagles. </p>

<p class="text-gray-700">Carter was among the state leaders in rebounds last season. She grabbed 96 rebounds in 20 games, serving as the top "Paint Monster" for Highland Park. She is ranked No. 7 overall in the Kansas Class of 2027. She also averaged 3.7 steals per contest as a sophomore.</p>

<p class="text-gray-700">An athlete who made her name last season, dishing out assists, was Burlington's Splechter. As a sophomore, she dished out assists like Giordano's hands out slices of Chicago Deep Dish. The Wildcat point guard recorded a total of 95 assists in 20 games. She also averaged 10.9 points, 3.1 rebounds, and 3.2 steals per contest. She is ranked No. 43 overall in the Kansas Class of 2027.</p>

<p class="text-gray-700">Schaffer is a talented athlete who can do special things on both ends of the court. She finished with 36 total blocks during her junior season. That ranked her among the league leaders with an average of 1.6 blocks per game. She also averaged more than four steals per game. Schaffer scored 22.4 points and grabbed 5.9 rebounds per contest for the Trailblazers. She is ranked No. 2 overall in the Kansas Class of 2026 rankings.</p>

<p class="text-gray-700">Ottawa's Askins-Dieterich was among the leaders in steals Jayhawk State last season. She recorded 63 steals in 14 games played, good for an average of 4.5 points per contest. She also scored 18.5 points per game and more than four rebounds per game. I saw her play volleyball last month and can see how her quickness and court awareness would translate to the basketball court. She is ranked No. 18 overall in the Kansas Class of 2027.</p>
