She's "long and athletic" which is the base, and she stands above "the magic number" of 6'0. The magic really began on the court as I loved her skillset, "hands and footwork" to score, kept the ball high, and showed good timing to block shots, yet her defense and playing the passing lane also stood out

Hines falls into that #sizedontmatter group, and having watched her and her twin sister since, I guess, around the 5th or 6th grade, her size doesn't matter because she can play. She'd be on my all-defensive team but due to time constraints, I'm not doing one yet the heat she showed off the top, diving on the floor for loose balls, on the ball pressure to pick pockets, as well as constantly hustling, are things you can't teach. She scored off the dribble and saw the floor

Wikoff was a player I mentioned that I hadn't seen enough of on the PGH Circuit see evaluation here, but I caught up quickly off the top. She understands how to create her shot under pressure, and she shoots the jumper with confidence. She gave me the "catch and shoot" and showed she could use her athleticism on both ends by scoring off the dribble and playing solid defense. She also saw the floor and hit teammates in traffic for gimmes

Winn is simply one of the most athletic players in Texas, you probably haven't heard of, but I'll keep putting her out there because she has the "you won't outwork me" mindset, and please pay attention, I love things you can't teach. Her jersey is always filled with sweat; in fact, she goes so hard that I need a drink of water at times, but her timing was off the chain, as well as her seeing the floor. She scored off the dribble, body control was solid, she played the passing lane, and "on the ball" pressure was smothering

Hogue left a lasting first impression, and when you can shoot the ball the way she can, it makes me wonder how I missed her, but I'm not a novice at this; all you have to do is show me on the court in person, and she did. She also used her athleticism on both ends, creating havoc, which led to turnovers on defense, yet her deceptive first step got her baskets off the dribble. Her pull-up jumper, stop and pop, as well as "catch and shoot" all mid to long-range, was among the best at the event

Phillips makes it to one of the PGH Showcases every season, see evaluations here, and every season she doesn't disappoint because she is always among the top players in attendance. She's a "long and athletic" guard, that too is also the base, and seeing her create her shot better while being pressured to either score off the dribble or drop the jumper was nice, but guess what was even nicer? Watching her follow her shot, #THROWBACK She did a good job rebounding as well as defending strongly

I got a good look at many of the players before the actual 5-on-5 games began, and here are some who stood out in the 3-on-3. Please note I'll be dropping TEAM EVALUATIONS later today and tomorrow, so one more time #ThereIsNoMe
