Her quick first step kept defenders in a state of flux, which she capitalized on by creating offense for herself and her teammates.

[player_tooltip player_id='897353' first='Amira' last='Layne'] (5'6/PG/'27/OLA)

IG: amiralayne2027

Amira is a two-way talent who impacted the game on both ends of the floor. Offensively, she did a good job of knifing her way to the cup and showing her finishing tools in the paint and at the rim. She could have been more assertive, as she has a good feel for getting her shot. Defensively, she was really good applying pressure on the ball.

[player_tooltip player_id='674585' first='Michel' last='Robbins'] (5'9/CG/'27/Hebron Christian)

X: @Michel_Robbins_

Michel is a backcourt talent who was at her best slashing her way through defenses and putting pressure on the rim. She was constantly getting paint touches as she lived in the paint. She has finishing tools, but particularly a runner, which she frequently relied on. She showed her ability to get her team out in transition by leading the break at times and effectively pushing the pace.

[player_tooltip player_id='1055848' first='Tamia' last='Tomlinson'] (5'10/G|F/'27/Milton)

IG: tamianba

Tamia showed her versatility throughout the day as she pushed the rock in transition, made good decisions with the rock in her hands, was a heady ball-handler in ball-screen action, demonstrated vision and passing skills, and was really good with her set-up ability. She thrived in the open floor as she got downhill, drew fouls, and made plays off the bounce.

[player_tooltip player_id='1143207' first='Lauryn' last='Walker'] (5'11/G|F/'27/Brunswick)

IG: LaurynWalker_15

X: @Lauryn_Walker15

Lauryn had some really strong moments during the day, scoring well from all levels and showing scoring versatility. She showed her shot creation ability while also making an impact in other facets of the game, such as her activity on the glass. She showed her ability to finish in the paint with runners, take her defender on the low block, and score with her back to the basket. I would like to see Lauryn continue to hone her offensive tools as well as her shooting efficiency from the perimeter.

Zaran Gosse (6'0/G|F/'27/White County)

IG: zara.gosse

X: @zaragosse

Zaran had a solid outing, serving as the glue that kept everything going for her squad. She makes hustle plays as well as winning plays, proving her willingness to do whatever the team needs to be successful. She did a good job setting screens, running the floor, going to the glass, and being a conduit that kept the offense flowing. Despite the huge knee brace, she was moving and maneuvering well around the court.

[player_tooltip player_id='671763' first='Suri' last='Clark'] (6'2/F/'27/Baldwin)

IG: 5uriclark

X: @suri_clark15

Suri was a talented prospect with size and athleticism. Her size was a problem, especially on the low block, as there was not really anyone in camp who could put up any resistance. She punished defenders in a variety of ways on the offensive end inside the arc, as well as used her size and hustle to clean up offensive rebounds for easy putbacks. Defensively, she was an interior enforcer who altered and blocked shots with length and timing. She showed a lot of potential as a two-way threat.

[player_tooltip player_id='1265072' first='Kayla' last='Ridley'] (5'8/F/'26/GA Pebblebrook)

Kayla made her impact on the defensive end of the floor by being active with her hands, forcing deflections and turnovers. She did a good job staying in front of ball-handlers and forcing them to earn everything they got. Offensively, she was quiet but showed she can put the ball on the floor and attack the paint. She helped to keep the offense fluid, but I could have seen her be more assertive in looking for her offense.
